Mafeel Restaurant blends natural beauty with Tsou culture, offering dishes crafted by a five-star chef team using Alishan’s local ingredients. Enjoy delicious, hygienic Tsou cuisine, including Tsou-style mixed dishes, exquisite set meals, and special warrior lunch boxes (available on-site). Open daily from 11:40 am to 2:00 pm.
The tea area features five Tsou-style teahouses, the only ones in Taiwan surrounded by tea gardens. Professional tea masters will prepare and explain the brewing techniques, allowing you to personally experience making a cup of authentic Alishan Oolong tea.
At the coffee manor at an altitude of 1,200 meters, drink a cup of pure Alishan coffee from Taiwan, paired with a variety of handmade desserts, and spend a leisurely afternoon.
Aiyu Jelly has been a summer dessert of the Tsou people for centuries, and Alishan is a key production area in Taiwan. Participate in this tour to make your own cold, sweet, and sour natural aiyu and enjoy it on the spot. This hands-on experience is especially popular with children.
From getting to know coffee, picking beans, roasting beans, to brewing a cup of top-notch Alishan coffee, each step is personally explained and guided by a coffee expert, allowing you to learn more about Alishan coffee.
