Hướng dẫn viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình. Xe đưa đón sạch sẽ. Bữa ăn trong chuyến đi cũng rất ổn.

07:30-08:30 Pick up at hotels in the Old Quarter and the Hanoi Opera House or a requested location

08:30-11:00 Head to Ninh Binh by a private vehicle then go to Bai Dinh Pagoda by tram at your own expense

11:00-12:30 Explore Bai Dinh Pagoda

•

12:30-14:00 Enjoy buffet lunch

•

14:00-16:00 Head to Trang An Wharf, and choose to explore the grottoes or visit the filming location of "Kong: Skull Island"

16:00-19:00 Return to Hanoi

19:00-19:30 Drop off at hotels or a requested location

Chuyến đi vô cùng tuyệt vời. Khung cảnh thiên nhiên, hướng dẫn viên dễ thương. Tuy nhiên lịch trình tour và hướng dẫn viên gọi rõ rệt là có mặt lúc 08:00 – 08:20. Vậy mà trước 08:00, lúc chúng tôi đang trên Grab ra nhà hát lớn thì bị gọi hối liên tục. Chúng tôi cũng cố gắng thúc giục Grab ra cho kịp. Kết quả chúng tôi đến đúng khoảng thời gian quy định. Thì tài xế chuyến đi có những lời lẽ thô tục và vô văn hóa với khách. VÔ CÙNG TỆ. Cả chuyến đi hỏng vì sự vô văn hóa của tài xế. Đề nghị xem xét và xử lý.

Chèo thuyền ở Tràng An. Cảnh đẹp hút hồn người. Kiểm tra điện thoại còn nhiều pin và bộ nhớ không, vì có rất nhiều cảnh đẹp để chụp hay quay phim lại.

At first, we were disappointed because the tour guide did not pick us up from the hotel and they continued the tour without us. Upon going to the agency, they said that they were not informed by the teller. After we showed the email confirmation from the agency, they brought us to the tour bus with their private car (free of charge). We were then able to join the tour. The tour was great, especially in Trang An. I personally think it was better than Ha Long Bay.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình như cách quản tour không tốt, không đếm số lượng người mỗi lần đón, không báo rõ giờ giấc quay lại xe. Cần rút kinh nghiệm nhiều.

Anh hướng dẫn viên rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Vì tour phải đón nhiều khách tại nhiều điểm nên giờ khởi hành cũng trễ hơn so với lịch trình. Tuy vậy vẫn đi đủ các địa điểm. Bữa trưa cũng khá ổn.

It's a great day, we have a chance to discover our heaven. The old pagoda as well as Trang An eco-tourism, we stay on the little boat and spend more than 2 hours for relaxing and enjoy the amazing island. For me, Trang An is one of the best places for someone who love nature.

Theo thông tin thêm thì sẽ miễn phí với bé 6 tuổi cho 2 vé người lớn. Tôi mua 4 vé và đi với bé 5 tuổi, nhưng dịch vụ ăn thì báo ăn với người lớn (ok buffet nên cũng dễ). Còn lại tất cả dịch vụ đều phải tự trả. Vậy cho hỏi miễn phí chỗ nào vậy? Miễn phí tiền xe?

If you only have one full day and are deciding between Trang An (river tour to see the movie set of Kong: Skull Island) or Halong Bay, I would definitely choose Trang An.
