Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website.

Every aspect of the stay was an annoying hassle. They wouldn't let my son in the gym, they wouldn't let him exercise near the pool, they wouldn't let us on the soccer field Tacoma they tried to take me back to the hotel to check my billing even though I'd already paid through hotels.com. even signing in to the Wi-Fi aggravating experience.

The positives: An outdoor & indoor swimming pool (although there are morning classes going on every day so you won't be allowed in during those times) A good sized clean gym Comfortable bed Negatives: Saturday morning (8 am) dance classes so loud that you cannot sleep (seriously as loud as a nightclub) and we were not warned about it. Ladies in the kitchen & outdoor bar area are not only rude for no reason but will scowl at you if you ask them for anything! Free breakfast buffett one morning was just fruit, bread, and coffee. The next morning was just bread and coffee so when we asked for fruit, the kitchen lady came out and actually yelled at us. The women clearly hate their job. A friend of ours also staying in the hotel did not have a toilet seat and his lights in the bathroom did not work. Whenever we needed to shower we had to call and ask them to turn on the water pressure which got kind of annoying. Because this is Africa we knew to expect some situations like this but for the price we were paying I don't think it was adequate. The poor service from the women really made it a bad experience, the other stuff we could handle but those women were just plain rude. Overall, I would say the place has potential but really needs some basic attention to details. Guys at the front desk were kind and helpful to arrange taxis. Would not stay here again.

The hotel looks bad and the area where it is found is really bad area.

The staff were extremely kind to me. They allowed me to have a late check out because my flight was later on that same day. They were extremely kind and professional. Inrecommend this place etc. Best, T. Hammon$

We came at night about 01.00. We saw the hotel, room and service and we decided to leave immediately. The pictures on the website has been fotoshoped or are very old.

This Hotel was very close to my office in Abidjan, staff are nice and attentive, do not expet to walk around, somehow the road is not paved. Gym equipment very good.

部屋が照明がかなり少なく、昼間も暗い、 シャワーのカーテンが無く水浸しになる。 朝食は付いているものの、果物とパン、インスタントコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース程度。 価格的に、コートジボアールではこの程度なのかもしれませんが、 これ以外はとくに問題は無かった。

The Hotel was in a peaceful spot it was a very relaxing 6 days Pool was nice good facilities If the menu was bilingual it would have been a bonus but we got by. The food was good but not to much on offer.

Es ist nicht alles perfekt, aber die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals überwindet jedes Problem! Die Küche geht sehr individuell auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Man vergisst schnell die Speisekarte und folgt den Empfehlungen der Köchin. Essen kann man zwischen Frühstück und 21h eigentlich immer. Auch die Sport-Zeiten (Gym, Fitness, Pool) sind großzügig. Alles gut gepflegt wie auch der Garten. Ich habe mich wirklich "sauwohl" gefühlt. Das nächste Mal bleibe ich länger.

Hotel com arquitectura de resort, excelente envolvente, bom quarto, apenas o restaurante não estava ao nível pelo menu limitadíssimo.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits aber ruhuig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Sport. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und etwas abgewohnt, aber zweckmässig gestaltet. Schön ist die Bar draussen.
