We had a positive experience at the Dream of Corfu, which was good overall. The service and general atmosphere were great. However, we did have a few minor issues during our stay. The spa and gym facilities were very small, and we found them to be quite crowded, making it hard to relax or get a workout in. ​One evening, we had a reservation for the Seaside Grill at 8 PM, but our table wasn't ready until 8:25 PM. While the food was good, this was a little disappointing. We also felt the adult pool area could use some attention; it looked a bit tired and we saw a good amount of debris on the pool floor.

The hospitality at this hotel is absolutely amazing! The service from all the staff around the resort are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend!!

The staff is so pleasant and goes out of their way to accommodate all requests. Lovely property, the seaside is beautiful, the events team are so friendly and the entertainment schedule is fantastic, really had great fun

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Dreams Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. All-Inclusive ist auch wirklich All-Inclusive. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Die Anlage ist schön.

Our stay at Dreams was absolutely amazing! This hotel is incredible and the staff work extremely hard to deliver excellent service. We stayed in a standard room which was perfect for our stay - it was quiet and the bed was very comfy. The selection of pools is great - we mainly went to the infinity pool as the lunch was amazing down there. There is absolutely no scramble for sunbeds in the morning as it seems the hotel is well equipped for its guests. The range of drink and food (and quality) was amazing - we were really shocked as some all inclusives don’t serve the best quality. The pizzas are some of the best ever! The cocktails are great. George the waiter down the infinity pool couldn’t do more to cater for us and he was so friendly! Honestly don’t have anything negative in mind to say about this hotel. It is perfectly located in Gouvia which is a lovely little village with some excellent restaurants - Vergina and Mezedaki we ate at. You can also get a bus (7) to Corfu town which takes 20 mins and is €2.5. Amazing stay would recommend

Ho prenotato questa struttura per un occasione speciale ma ho vissuto quasi 2 giorni da incubo per la camera che mi era stata assegnata malgrado il prezzo elevato pagato. Grazie alla tempestività di Expédia e della Hyatt, ho avuto dalla seconda notte il soggiorno reale ed i servizi comprati : da 5 stelle. Posto molto bello se non cercate una bella spiaggia con mare pulito. Personale molto cortese e disponibili, professionale (salvo eccezione al livello Manager del front office e Guests office : accoglienza fatta non in linea ai atteggiamenti da avere per i servizi comprati...ma poi è stato risolto il problema malgrado la perdita di una notte e del tempo per cambio nei tempi giusti per loro rifare e rivendere la 1a camera non degna di un 2 stelle...meglio un B and B .per aspettare i tempi e l'assegnazione della camera 4 o 5 stelle meno dopo le 15.00. Ma è bene tutto quello che finisce bene si dice. Cibo di qualità ovunque nella struttura e molto variegato con scelta (buffet o vari ristoranti alla carta) e personale davvero piacevole e competente. Serata a scelta e per chi ama l'esclusività consiglio da subito le camere preferred. Posizione che consente una passeggiata a piedi a Gouvia e di prendere il bus o la barca (dal pontile della struttura stessa) per raggiungere e visitare Corfù città.

Bel établissement, bon service avec quelques manquements au niveau du cleaning des chambres. Le reste est correct.

Honestly it couldn’t have been better. Massive food selection, amazing fresh cocktails made to order, amazing friendly cold towel and drinks reception, amazing staff, beautiful views, amazing pools, great entertainment. You. Cannot. Fault. Dreams. Corfu.

It's all super inclusive Which is Great but the lack of variation and flavour is something you get with a 3star place. Just found it lacking in the food and drink area's even the a la carte restaurants didn't offer much of a change. The Italian was good but again lacking in flavour. Preferred club was great last year but this time round it's nit worth the extra and the only thing it offers is a less noisy place to eat.

Sehr schöne Anlage und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Super freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und leckeres Essen. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort weshalb es nicht zu voll war und daher sehr angenehm.

Fantastic staff, easy access to a small beach area, no issue with sun loungers around the pools, lots to choose from although unfortunately the pools were very cold this time of year. The family suite had great sized rooms/bathrooms & very comfortable.

Probably the best property I’ve been to ever. All members of staff were extremely polite and welcoming from arrival to departure of the property. Everything was better than advertised and would whole heartedly come back for another stay.
