The hotel room is located in a residential building near to the hotel. It could be quite inconvenient and insecure. The room does not provide fridge, kettle nor bottled water despite what the descriptions stated.

Staff are very kind, friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. I have no complaints about this hotel. And also only about 10 minutes walk to all the main amenities. If in Tirana again I would stay here again.

Room was very nice. Staff was courteous. The refrigerator had a selection of drinks. I would have had a beer but didn’t have a bottle opener. A bottle opener should be provided in th room.

Hotellet ligger sentralt, restauranter i nabolaget og gangavstand til skanderbegplassen. Hyggelig personale, god frokost.

The location was amazing. If you want to be close to Blokku, this hotel is a great option. The family room was a bit underwhelming though. Not really part of the hotel, located in a residential building right behind it. Not the hotel room experience I was hoping for. But it has all the facilities and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Nice place, great location, super friendly staff, yummy breakfast. Highly recommend!

A recepção não foi nada acolhedera. Na propaganda dava a entender que havia estacionamento no hotel, mas não há. Na rua em frente ao hotel não havia local para descarregar as malas e a recepcionista foi muito grossa em responder onde poderiamos estacionar, a explicação foi péssima. Depois de um tempo rodando achamos um estacionamento a cerca de 300m do hotel. O café da manhã, tambem foi muito fraco. O horário do café da manhã é das 8:00 até às 10:00hs, chegamos 9:30 e a mesma recepcionista olhou para o relógio e com má vontade disponibilizou um cardápio para escolhermos alguns itens, pois nem todos estavam disponíveis. Depois de colocar os itens do café, sumiu para não correr o risco de pedirmos mais nada .

Dejligt hotel med lille gårdhave og selvstændig morgenmadsrestaurant, der serverer en solid morgenmad og virkelig god kaffe. Værten, vi mødte, var utrolig venlig og serviceminded.

Beautiful little gem in Tirana. Easy walk to the city center, well connected to public transit and on the route for many day trip vendors. Very clean and chic. Delicious breakfast and wonderful family business vibe. Trendy local neighborhood with mix of dining options at all price points.

I had a very nice time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly (Oxsana)🤗from checking in all the way to booking airport transportation. Always checking to make sure everything was okay The location is perfect, close to all amenities, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, city centre etc and easy access to transport as well

Je recommande cet hotel. Bien situé, calme, personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont simples mais il y a le confort nécessaire. L'endroit est plutôt calme.

Family owned and the people are wonderful. They are professional and kind. I felt very safe and completely comfortable. Location is perfect- great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. In the ♥️ of city but tucked away with trees, peace and quiet. Perfect for solo travelers and families. I can’t say enough … I stayed here twice in a 2 week period!!
