Fint hotell

Jättefint hotell. Vi bodde i ett familjerum som upplevdes väldigt stort. Rent och fint på hela hotellet. Supertrevlig personal som checkade in oss. Läget är centralt med nära till allt. Det enda dåliga var att personalen (inte samma som checkade in oss) skulle ha 15 euro för att boka en taxi åt oss till flygplatsen. Har aldrig varit med om att ett hotell tar en avgift för det.

Bed comfort and large room

Hotellets beliggenhed perfekt i gå afstand til det meste i centrum. Værelser meget store. God morgenmad buffet. Har aldrig oplevet et så dedikeret parkeringspersonale nede i P-kælderen. De er sååå søde. Sengene hårde og gode.

Everything was excellent. We so enjoyed to stay there. Everything was very convenient. Loved it

Siamo stati in questo hotel 4 giorni a capodanno ed abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi: il primo gennaio non ci hanno pulito la camera ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere la sera degli asciugamani asciutti (non ci hanno spiegato il motivo della non pulizia), Inoltre su expedia c'era scritto che il servizio navetta dell'aeroporto era gratuito e compreso nel prezzo invece cosi non è stato (sono 22 euro a tratta). Sempre su expedia c'era scritto che avrei dovuto pagare al chek out all'uscita ma quando ho chiesto di pagare mi hanno detto di no che avrebbero provveduto loro in automatico. Tornata in Italia mi hanno mandato un messaggio con scritto che non avevo pagato!!! Assurdo. Poi avviamente ilpagamento l'hanno preso dalla carta che avevo regostrato ma mi hanno fatta passare per inadempiente quando gliel'ho chiesto di persona del pagamento! Ma il problema piu grande e che ha rischiato di rovinarci la vacanza è stato lo smarrimento del mio documento di identità dato all'arrivo per il chek in che non mi hanno restituito ed hanno smarrito. Ho dovuto fare denuncia ed andare all'ambasciata (cosa che non auguro a nessujo!) Per il resto l'hotel è pulito ed ha una buonissima posizione centrale.

Good value for money

This was a delightful place to stay. Easy walk to Skanderberg Square and the Old Bazaar. Very quiet, nice breakfast, lovely linens. Highly recommend.

It’s one of the best hotels I’ve seen in Tirana! Clean, friendly few minutes from the centre and the staff was very friendly!

Perfect value for money. Helpful staff, rooms were bigger then expected. And while you are in the middle of the city, it’s still quiet at night. I would for sure come back again

Hotel bem localizado e próximo aos principais pontos turísticos. O café da manhã é completo e com muitas variedades. Fomos bem atendidos desde o check in até o check out, pessoal sempre a disposição para ajudar no que necessário. Quarto amplo, confortável, excelente banheiro, ar condicionado funciona bem e a limpeza do quarto é diária. Com certeza ficaria novamente em um retorno a Tirana.

This hotel in very good location. Three young men work at front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. Room is good size, show is strong, safe box big. Wifi in room is weak and almost unusable most of the time. I had to run outside to buy sim card to use. cross street there is store selling 35G for $17. In lobby area wifi works fine. When check out, the two small bottle water in refrigerator are 3 euro. But no clear sign in room telling the water not free. I like this hotel very much. Will stay here in the future. If they can fix the wifi issue, this hotel would be perfect.
