Muy buena ubicación e instalaciones de calidad en el centro de Tirana. Solo debe mejorar la atención del personal de recepción ya que no tienen disposición o interés para brindar ayuda.

Clean, comfortable and well located

Great stay, great location, clean rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast. The hotel is in the city centre and a 5 min walk from the shuttle bus ride to the airport. Also within walking distance to major Tirana attractions.

quand on est arrivé l'accueil n'a pas été rendez vous...une fois dans la chambre il manquait 1 lit...et il a fallu un certain temps pour que le pb se solve...j'attendais plus d'une hôtel 4 étoiles ...

Very clean room a little dated but luxurious feel , compact and well appointed , Great air conditioning mini bar/ fridge to use. Didn’t have any breakfast Life can get congested when a large group arrives and needs to use it .

Front desk staff was so helpful! Great location. Breakfast was amazing - huge with eggs, bacon and sausage - and all delicious. If your room is too warm with thermostat not going lower than 22, they will reset to temperature you like if you ask at front desk.

The hotel is in a good location and close to everything and the staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is delicious

Huge clean room. Comfortable, warm, felt safe. Reception friendly. No issues leaving luggage after checkout. Nice breakfast included. Location 2 minutes walk from Skandebeg Square.

Perfect location

Fint hotell sentralt plassert i Tirana. 5 min fra flybussen. Frokosten var veldig bra - de manglet bilde av den på nettsiden sin.

Huone oli erittäin iso ja siisti. Matkalaukuille olisi voinut hyvin olla telineet ja joku tuolikin olisi huoneeseen hyvin sopimut.

This is a review for the 2nd room (9th floor), since I reserved two rooms and have already submitted a review for the 1st room (11th floor). The location is great, being next to Skanderbeg square. Due to being so close to a major road, there is road noise during the day but by the night the traffic dies down and there is no more noise. The rooms have beautiful color schemes and the bedrooms can be spacious, depending on the room selected (11th floor was much smaller than 9th floor). The breakfast is excellent. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have a luggage rack for larger luggage in each type of room. If I go back, definitely this would be a place to stay, because overall I liked the hotel. After all, every property has something that is excellent and something that is less excellent.
