Holiday Inn 阿尔及尔 - 舍拉加塔 by IHG

We had a business event of 30 people and the air conditions were not working properly and the staff were not supportive to fix issues.

This is my third stay here and this is the first time that I am disappointed. Housekeeping does a good job. Kudos to Fatma! She is very polite, courteous, and does an impeccable job. The rest of the staff is globally kind but very confused. You have to wait for a long time to get an answer and when you do, it is unhelpful.

Every member of staff I came into contact with was friendly and helpful.

I started approx 2 weeks. Overall very good and friendly . Food was ok in restaurant. Breakfast was not well organised and not easy getting a coffee. The Friday and Sat buffets for lunch and dinner were amazing. Next door to large GardenCity Mall walking safe area.

They tried to kick us out because of an organized government event, they wanted to cancel our reservation so they can give our room to the event’s staff. So unprofessional of them. They proudly said that they turned people away at their arrival basically told them that their reservation was cancelled at their arrival.

This holiday inn service is the worse I have ever experienced. Receptionist staff cold and ignoring people.They seems more important than the clients. No Good bye, not asking feedback...

The service was extraordinary, has been treat as a VIP. Management has improved guests experience in a dramatic way Room had a very modern design, spacious & very clean. Amazing view to the city Will be definitely back

Nicely appointed for the international business traveler, from the rooms to the business center and dining choices, everything was perfect.

the hotel is new . housekeeping staff are not up to the standard. my room was smelling a terrible smoke , even though its non smoking room , I found a cigarette filter under my bed on the first day of check in , and it was there after 4 days while checking out ,to the contrary of what's listed on Expedia no Pillow menu , Small gym , no Spa , didn't have a TV remote control for 4 days . hotel is away of any shopping or restaurant area . the restaurant at the top floor is serving good food . reception people need to be more friendly with the customers.

Very lazy people, don't expect anything. People are so lazy including the Reception to attend the people. No response to calls to reception or House Keeping for any help or issues. 2 days, no hot water to bath. Finally after struggling , manager changed the room. Just a big nice building with out proper management inside.
