The room was large and the ground floor coffee is good (not the breakfast coffee). But the room smelled of cigarette smoke (we changed rooms), there was no toilet paper initially, only one towel for two people, poorly fitted bathroom units, no shower curtain, constant road noise, malfunctioning door, and no “do not disturb” signs.

Quand je suis arrivé, on m'informe qu'il n'y a plus de disponibilité, alors que j'ai un numéro de réservation. De plus, l'établissement me dit qu'il ne travaille pas avec hôtel.com. Pour couronner le tout, ils nous ont laissé à l'abandon avec un enfant sans se soucier de notre sort.

Bjr l’hôtel El Bey a un potentiel mais n’est pas exploité, des réparations sont à prévoir au niveau des sanitaires, trop de calcaire ds la douche. Aucune diversité ds les menus car rupture de stock d’après le serveur. Nous n’avons pas eu d’accueil à notre arrivée. Le seul point positif la navette pour le transfert aéroport. Dommage l’hôtel est tellement chaleureux.

Hotel is fine, comfortable beds. Noisy road. Fairly poor breakfast with items always missing from buffet. Half an hour of arguments over Expedia’s confirmation for the hotel to accept the price agreed. It wanted to charge more than our reservation showed and more than the prices posted on reception desk. Finally accepted only if we paid in euros in cash. Unpleasant experience.

Hotel longe do centro, porém em uma região agradável e limpa. Do hotel ao centro, pagava 500 dinar pelo aplicativo Yasser. Hotel limpo, com quartos confortáveis e com roupa de cama e de banho novas e de boa qualidade. Café da manhã gostoso.

Very nice hotel but very far from the city center and lot of construction around that made traffic even harder. Breakfast should have more options.

Hotel overall was good. Room was clean however bathroom could be cleaner than it was such as the shower flooring and drain. The staff was excellent and the coffee shop served very good coffee for an inexpensive price. Recommendation would be to not allow smoking on rooms. The odor of smoke can be too much for someone not used to smoke and it’s a safety hazard. No smoking in American hotels is common. Smoking can be on the deck or common areas outside. Overall I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Agréable hôtel

Arrivé a l'hotel apres avoir fait 400 km de route et avec 2 enfants, ils nous ont laisser attendre 1 heure a la reception car soit disant la chambre n etait pas prete. Au lieu de nous dire que ca aller prendre une heure ils nous fesaient attendre aux 10 minutes. Apres avoir hausser le ton, nous sommes sortis pour manger et nous sommes revenus 1 heure apres ... poir s excuser ils nous ont offert une suite soit disant avec un jaccusi qui ne fonctionne meme pas ...le petit dejeuner a 9h30 tout etait vide sous pretexte que les client ont tout consommer avant nous ... le lait froid il fallait le rechauffer les assiettes vides... et nous avons du attendre qui nous fasse boullir des oeufs

un bon séjour . Chambre calme propre . Bonne rapport qualité prix.
