Pas de wifi dans la chambre. Pas moyen de faire la grasse matinée à cause du bruit et de la lumière du jour puisqu'il n'est pas possible de plonger la chambre dans une totale obscurité.Sinon, hôtel facilement accessible à pied depuis la gare ferroviaire,c'est son gros avantage

Excellent stay! Staff was exceptional especially Yacine during breakfast, Sabrina la governance and her cleaning crew. Receptionists were also exceptional! Looking forward to the next stay! Highly recommend Badreddine

Hôtel très pratique en plein centre donc parfait. Point très positif pour le personnel qui est très aimable et aidant. L'hôtel est un peu vétuste à certains endroits même si un coup de neuf a été fait, salle de bain avec mauvaise finition. Les lits sont confortables. Et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le seul bémol qui n'est pas des moindres c'est la présence de cafards, il serait bien de traiter efficacement, heureusement après plusieurs inspections nous n'en avons pas croisé dans notre chambre mais nous en avons vu dans le couloirs. Sans la présence des ces indésirables cette hôtel est très correct.

Première chambre des cafard dans la chambre, on nous donne une seconde chambre qui n était pas faite 3 eme chambre des remontées d égouts dans la salle de bain. Heureusement que nous avons écourté notre séjour. Aucun geste commercial (p’tit dej offer par exemple) Hôtel À FUIR

Malgré sa position très au centre ville, la gestion du parking gardé est bien assurée, notamment pour les motos.

Everything was amazing, only the air conditioning wasn't strong enough. Very appropriate the early check in, the hospitality of the reception. Onsite restaurant is also very good, but little bit more in the pricey side. The chicken gratin was fantastic though.

Was a decent option for two nights in Annaba. Friendly staff. Limited facilities, but it is to be expected in the centre of Annaba.

Muskitto problem and poor sound isolation between rooms. Otherwise, nice location in the center of the cilty. Waking distance to shopping and eating places.

Front Desk staff arranged a great English speaking guide for us to tour Hippone & the Basilica of St Augustine.

Bed was harder than we like but bearable. Lack of comfort was made up for by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff . Simple but tasty breakfast. Great location on a bustling street with plenty of cafes. Easy walk to train station.

An issue arose on arrival as we only had Tunisian money and our credit cards were not accepted at ATMs however the situation was resolved with the help of the hotel reception who were excellent. During our whole stay all staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the WIFI which was intermittent but again the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located centrally and is ideal to explore the main city area. It is also possible to comfortably walk to the Hippo ruins although taxis are very cheap. The hotel also has the advantage of its own restaurant which we found an advantage as most eateries in the main street are "hole in the wall" takewaways.
