Reception told me that my reservation was not valid - because they were fully booked. They also claimed that they responded to hotels.com for that and that it was not their mistake.

Llevo muchos mese yendo de forma muy continua y siempre me han atendido bien. Me han ayudado con cualquier problema que haya surgido y siempre me reciben de forma personalizada.

Es un hotel limpio y agradable. Buena atención. El desayuno es muy variado. Zona tranquila. Wifi a veces se queda un poco corto sobre todo para video-llamadas. Depende mucho de la ocupación.

今回当該ホテルの滞在は始めてでしたが、全体的に快適でした。ただ、ホテル内の案内、レストランのメニュー等全てフランス語のみでフランス語が分からない自分には不便さを感じました。

Bon hôtel relativement récent. Bon emplacement avec proximité des grands axes et de l'aéroport. Restaurant de l'hôtel assez basique. Bon Wifi

Hotel correct. Rapport qualité prix très moyen (comme un peu tous les hotels à Alger). A part l'alcool, tout y est, mais vraiment tristouille.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu. Während meines Aufenthaltes wurde das Zimmer aber nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Es fehlen Schränke für die Wäsche, kein Safe verfügbar. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Restaurant ist nett eingerichtet, aber das Angebot ist sehr limitiert. Teilweise sehr laut.

Algerian Hotels can have 1,2,3,4,or even 5 stars, but they all have something in common, they mean nothing as the standard bench marks is measured to Algerian standards and the bench mark is low. The Jardy hotel is fairly new, could be really good but needs management to finish it. No saucers for coffee cups, no tea spoons, no serviettes, Internet only worked 1.5 meters from the reception desk. Bathroom tiling not finished, air conditioner control did not work, empty refrigerator, all little things that can be sorted easily and many more. Good things, quick taxi service, fresh fruit at breakfast great selection, food was not bad. Staff will do anything they can within their limits to make you happy. Someone has spent a lot of money on this hotel, but needs some guidance, matching furniture in the bedrooms, instruction and the local area contact information in the room, they need to go visit a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel in Barcelona or other part of Europe to appreciate what people need and want for business, pleasure and relaxing.
