櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。

Great location a short stroll to the shopping outlets and attractions in Andorra. Disappointed of the air conditioning almost auto off every hour and wifi was not easy connect in the room however.

Good location and friendly staff. However I had an interior room, only opening up to a small air canal. This is not in itself a problem (I got a good price for the room). However other guest(s) in other floors used their windows into that canal for smoking, which really bothered me when I wanted to open my windows for fresh air. I wish the hotel had signs in these interior windows explicitly telling guests to not smoke there. The internet was also very unstable, which is a problem in Andorra since it's not part if EU, and smartphone use is extremely expensive.

excellent location for walking around and exploring the city centre. shopping and eating options nearby were excellent. parking was appreciated, but space was tight.

Nice property but if you drive parking is a challenge. Nice hotel and staff and good location to most everything- shopping, hiking, and the Caldea spa was an15 minute walk. Hotel room did not have a coffee machine as most had in our recent travels… cafe and restaurant attached.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Negatives, every expensive car parking, no coffee/tea making, no food service between 15:00 and 20:00

Hôtel bien placé en centre-ville Parking proche mais pas dans l hôtel Nous avons après notre installation remarqué que des mauvaises odeurs émanaient de la climatisation Nous en avons informé la personne de la réception qui était très occupée à jouer sur son portable Elle nous a assuré faire le nécessaire 2 heures plus tard rien à l horizon, nouvelle demande plus insistante avec constatation de visu de l état du filtre de la Clim par la personne en question Mauvaise foi totale de la personne qui nous dit ne rien sentir et nous conseille de couper la Clim Merci à vous madame nous avons grâce à vous passez une très mauvaise nuit sans climatisation en plein mois d août Impossible de laisser la fenêtre de la chambre ouverte, elle donnait sur un toit terrasse accessible par les autres chambres et était devant les groupes des climatiseurs qui faisaient du bruit Pas même un mot d excuse au matin pour les désagrément

Ha sido una estancia magnífica. El hotel Isard és una muy buena opción de alojamiento en Andorra. Situación inmejorable, justo en el corazón de Andorra. Buen trato, Habitación muy limpia i un vestíbulo muy acogedor y estético.
