Tres bon hotel avec de la bonne ambiance tout le temps.

Joli hotel avec vue sur riviere et montagne mais quelques points negatifs tel que : Baie vitree de la chambre tres mal installee donc un manque d'insonorisation terrible et une condensation enorme le matin , salle de bain moyenne aux finitions mediocres , wc et papier toilette juste devant la douche ce qui inonde partout et pas de ventilation efficace . Buffet tres minimaliste et pas tres bon . Literie tres moyenne avec un trou au niveau du dos masqué par un surmatelas , mal dormi . Petit dejeuner tres bien et copieux Personnel acceuillant et sympathique . Pour avoir tester l'autre hotel adjacant excellence , la difference est notable .

Really enjoyed this spa resort. Its perfect if you are trying to ski, or just be near the mountain…easy walk to the ski lift. Spa was great, there is also a really nice game room/bar in the basement. They also offer really good food options.

Loca bom do lado de a uma estação de ski. Chegamos tarde no primeiro dia e perdemos o jantar, então ofereceram um picnic para o outro dia que foi muito bom. Comida boa, ótimas opções no café e jantar.

We booked recently to go skiing and couldn’t have picked a better hotel! We reserved indoor parking, which cost 20€ per day, but was worth it. On arrival the staff were helpful and friendly, in fact everyone was lovely throughout our stay. The rooms were a reasonable size, with a shower and bath, which was welcome after a day on the slopes. The best things about the hotel are its position, which is a short walk to the gondola and the spa facilities. For 15€ each we could use the spa for an hour, which was fantastic! If you want a particular time, I’d even pre book this before you arrive as the more popular times, say 5 or 6pm, were fully booked. We ate in the buffet restaurant in the evening and were happy with the choice and quality of the food. We will return to Arinsal soon and this will definitley be our first choice for accommodation.

Sehr freunliches Hotel. Haustiere kein Problem. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Super Frühstück und HP. Gute Lage für Ausflüge. SPA im Haus, sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotel pour station de ski ,donc pas de clim .

we had a great stay with 2 teenage children, lots of activities to do in the hotel, with table-tennis, pool-table and bowling. so when we were back from our hiking there was enough to do to keep everyone happy before dinner. food was good with lots of choice and different menu each evening for our weeks stay. beds and room were very comfortable.

La piscina es pequeña pero muy bonita entre montañas y fresca, es lo que más me ha gustado. El buffet bastante bien, la bolleria caliente lo cual es un detalle y además tenian un chico bastante habil preparando woks y pescado y carne fresca, por eso considero que CUIDAN ALGUNOS DETALLES COMO SI FUERA un 5 estrellas. Pero si tu habitación ( como la mia) no tiene vistas...y pegada a otros huespedes ( hay que correr una tupida cortina para tener intimidad) pierde encanto la estancia, además hay cierta falta de mantenimiento en cuartos de baño, uno de los lavabos no succionaba bien.. Tiene gimnasio bastante completo y el desayuno también lo recomiendo
