Property is very clean and staff are super nice and helpful. If you are a Heliopolis fan, then you are at the heart of Heliopolis where you can walk to El Kurba or Salah El Din , Roxy .. etc

- Great service before/during the stay & enthusiastic staffs, they tried to do their best to
- Clean room with comfortable bed
- Good location (near the metro station, restaurants, supermarket...etc)
- Fantastic breakfast
- the hotel offerred airport transfer service, with good car and enthusiastic driver
-However, the soundproof should be improved. There are bars and at downstairs and open until 2 am. not recommend to stay here if hard to fall asleep

Nice hotel with lots of restaurants. We didn't know breakfast was included until the last day at Carlos. Might I add that I was very impressed with Carlos restaurant and we had a very good meal there. Evening meal very good value for money

It is a nice place to stay if you wish to be near the Korba area. Also near the airport. Security is good and the area is clean. The restaurant downstairs is superb even for the daily breakfast which comes with the room. The room is old but I think they have maintained it the best they could. Everything works like you need it to. Just can be very noisy on weekend nights from the bar and restaurant downstairs.

The service was excellent. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our first room was extremely noisy until early hours of the morning due to an open air restaurant with very loud music right under our window. We asked to change our room and the staff were extremely accommodating. There was still noise but it was less obtrusive.
