Staff was inexperienced and on the rude side. For example, they did not tell me about the white sign that you had to put on the outside of the door to get bed made and fresh towels. The keycard controlling the lights in the room is not effective. It made a booming noise each time it was out in or taken out. At night, I could not leave a light on—it was all or nothing. It ruined my laptop, which I had left charging. My keycard got demagnetized three times and I had to take the stairs to the lobby from the 9th floor because it also controls the elevator. When the girl at the desk told me I should put the card in the slot on the door for a few moments for it to work, I lost patience and told her I know how to use a key card. Did she expect me to take the stairs, try again, and walk back down again? If it’s demagnetized, it’s demagnetized. Also had a problem with breakfast which was included in my rate. When checking in I asked if a friend could come in and have breakfast with me, with no charge, and I was enthusiastically told yes. When my friend joined me the next day, the girl in the breakfast room was very rude. When I got back to my room and called the reception desk about it, I was told that it was logical that I would have to pay. It is not about the money but about the conflicting messages and the treatment received. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. However, I wish my laptop had not gotten fried and that the reception desk had been more attentive.

Breakfast menu offered as Buffet style. The buffet was mainly bakery and not many options of hot meals. scramble eggs, no bacon, I did not bother to request eggs benedict or over easy,... they were not offered. A lot of flour, and so few options of fruits (melon, grape fruit, orange, banana.) Don't get me started on the coffe...

We came from overseas,arrived hotel 12:00,we were tired,they had room but they told us you have to wait for 15:00 for checking.Also they gave us one old room,it wasn’t our room which Expedia showed us .

En general el hotel funciona bastante bien. No obstante, en recepción uno de los varones no es para nada amable. Sí, destaco a Micaela en recepción y a Víctor quien fue a ver la habitación por el aire acondicionado, hizo todo lo que estaba a su alcance para ayudar. El personal de un hotel siempre debería considerar que brindan un servicio. Gracias a los dos por su amable y gentil atención.

Muy buena relación precio calidad. Recomiendo totalmente.

Fomos muito bem atendidos . Porém necessita de muita manutenção . Lâmpadas queimadas no quarto, secador não funcionou, chuveiro péssimo, box vazando muito, e toalhas estavam piores que meus panos de limpeza . Isso é falta de manutenção.

The staff was super nice, the breakfast setting was very nice even offering me a sugarfree jam. The staff gave us suggestions of where to eat and what to visit.

Room size, cleanliness and amenities

O quarto era grande, cama grande e boa. O boxe do banheiro era parcial, molhava a área externa a ele, mas a ducha era boa. Pedi um quarto em andar superior, não havia. Fiquei no segundo andar sem vista da cidade. Via apenas a rua. O café da manhã razoável. Quase tudo era doce. Mas no geral o pessoal era gentil e educados.
