The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well.
24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. He also helped us get a taxi to the airport on a rainy day with busy traffic which was super helpful.
The apartment is close to 2 subway stations where you can access to many different subway lines, but we mainly used uber and taxi to get around.
Only downside was the wifi which was quite slow, so we simply switched off the wifi and used our own mobile data.
Other than the wifi I would give them 10/10!!

The room was amazing the space and the balcony . Reception was very helpful on check in and late check out. The place is very well located near to Santa Fe and many restaurants and cafes. Really nice!

Our stay at our Arc Arenales was very good. I recommend the facility.
I only wish they had English speaking television channels. And it could’ve been a little more accommodating for a late checkout. We now have eight hours before our flight and nowhere to go.

Excelente ubicación, rápido check in y check out, excelente comunicación con la administración, habitación amplia, aisla muy bien sonidos exteriores y la cama muy cómoda. Como oportunidad de mejora: las almohadas están viejas y deformadas, wifi extremadamente lento y no ofrecen limpieza para estadías de 3 noches hacia abajo…. Nos quedamos 3 noches y no nos cambiaron ni las toallas.

Nice big, bright, airy room and bathroom. Kitchen nice to have for some light breakfast cooking - but mostly is workable just for reheating food. Great area, close to the subway and shopping. Highly recommend.
