Spacious rooms, great location, clean rooms, friendly staff

An overall satisfactory experience. Although the hotel itself could use some refurbishment. Breakfast was also not adequate for this price segment.

Comfortable, spacious room, large and comfortable bed, excellent shower. Courteous and dedicated service providers

Can't say enough about the location. It's in the heart of where you want to be for food, drinks, safety. Staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and love the outside seating on the patio. Would stay there again next time in BA. Only two minor complaints (lawn chair on patio super uncomfortable to set on and mattress was a little firm). Not enough to give it anything but 5 starts though. Loved this place.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tudo limpo, os atendentes são super atenciosos e a localização é perto de tudo. Voltarei outras vezes.

Muy bien ubicado y con habitaciones espaciosas con lo básico para una estancia cómoda.

Location is great, at the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Hotel Staff was friendly. Rooms are OK, however they require updates, specially the bathroom (larger sink, bathroom cabinet). Breakfast area needs decoration and better environment and better coffee :)

Es un hotel agradable y cómodo en pleno barrio de Palermo, con gran cantidad de opciones para comer, cenar, cafés, tiendas, etc a pie. El staff del hotel es muy agradable y profesional. Sin duda repetiremos hotel en nuestra siguiente visita a Buenos Aires

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. El hotel es pequeño pero ll habitación estaba bien y el personal del hotel a cualquier hora ha sido muy amable, profesional y simpático. Además estaba situado muy buen, en Palermo, con gran número de cafés, restaurantes, etc, estupendos para ir tanto de día como de noche con tranquilidad. Muy recomendable a todos los viajeros a Buenos Aires

Comparado com a concorrência, os preços foram bastante justos para este hotel perfeitamente localizado em Palermo Soho. O quarto em que ficamos era muito espaçoso, com uma conveniente varanda e banheira (que fez a festa do meu filho), mas as camas eram relativamente pequenas. O café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade e capricho, mas é satisfatório. Há uma área de piscina/jacuzzi pequena, mas suficiente, falta apenas um pouco de conservação. Aliás, o hotel poderia ser perfeito se estivesse totalmente conservado. Com um pouquinho mais de capricho se chegaria lá. Mas valeu a pena.

Really nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice pool deck with both a cool plunge pool and a hot tub. However, the air conditioning was not strong enough so the room was too hot to sleep comfortably

The place is ok. The area is a safe area. The building is not old, but the rooms have not received the required maintenance. The bathrooms are old-looking and stained. The rooms are of a nice size. The people are customer service oriented. The really helped when I needed the help.

Great location but definitely not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3, so outdated handles in the shower falling off, cries for an update

We had a great stay! Excellent with kids as the rooms are spacious and the staff are excellent!
