Room was spotless! Staff were on top of our check in despite the very late time. Very patient with my not understanding and made it very clear. The bed was extremely comfortable, hot water was definitely hot, plenty of cookware to use and just a pleasure overall. Ability to walk to stores, restaurants and neighborhood.The staff go above and beyond, they deserve a raise. Would recommend to others.

Excelente. Instalações, limpeza, fotos fiéis, equipe maravilhosa em especial Maxxi… a localização também é ótima, perto de metrô e do obelisco (eu fui várias vezes a pé… 20 min)

Really great place to stay. Immaculate, nice kitchen set up, clean bathroom, hot water shower, very comfortable bedding, balcony, even have Pluto tv logged in for you to enjoy. We arrived after reception hours to a very easy self check-in. Received incidental refund the same day as check out. Great stay!

Incosistent information from receptionist regarding rules of the management - which made me feel anxious. I can smell unpleasant odour from next door. I can heat moving furniture from next door almost every night during my 1 week stay.

Good if you're on tight budget. If you are particular to cleanliness, might as well book to proper hotel or service apartment. I had m 8-night booking - I found that cleaning is not included after I started inquiring about cleaning. I can feel and inhale the dust in the room.

Unterkunft toll, großes und geräumiges Apartment. Neues Bad. Alles da, was man benötigt. Die Nähe zur Avd. 9 de julio ist super gegelegen, um z.B. San telmo zu erkunden. Leider etwas laut in den Zimmern dadurch, auch wenn das Apart-Hotel in einer Nebenstraße liegt. Schöner Innenhof.

Very convenient and comfortable accommodation, in thery. The cleanliness was ok, but not great. The main concern was the noise. The appartments are not very sound proof at all, and if you are unlucky and get an appartment neighbouring both the very noisy lift and an apartment with people partying from 00:00 to 07:00 like i did, its not a great experience. It does of course not help that there are no staff on the premises outside working hours to enforce the house rules, although they were very responsive on whatsapp.

El hotel tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda, está muy cerca de avenidas principales y toda clase de comercios y transporte. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bien iluminadas. Sólo mejoraría el tema de la limpieza ya que corre por cuenta del huesped hacerla ya que es cada 7 días, y para estancias cortas eso llega a ser un problema.
