Located in a great area. The staff were very helpful and nice. Very "boutique" style property. Pre-made coffee was ..ehhhh. And bathtub shower are a slip and fall waiting to happen. Otherwise, a great place. I recommend.

Déçus par cet hôtel qui mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement : des traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain, difficultés à entrer dans la douche, literie très molle (fatiguée ?), assez bruyant quand même car donnant directement sur l'extérieur,. petit déjeuner varié mais pas de qualité.
Points positifs : personnel d'accueil aimable et serviable, bonne situation, jardin agréable.

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. The staff were so welcoming and kind, and more than happy to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself has so much character, it really was a breath of fresh air from the shiny high rises we were used to staying in. The breakfast was great. The location is excellent! The best location we have stayed in BA so far. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I were to come back I would definitely stay here.

Property is nice on the outside and gardens are lovely, but the interior is shabby. The bathroom is tiny and the sink was badly painted with peach coloured paint! There was mould on the walls of the bathroom

I loved staying as Bens L'Hotel Palermo. I had 2 rooms, one was a suite and one was a standard room. It was like staying in a bed an breakfast, very quaint, and like staying with family (in a good way). The suite was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The standard room was quite small and not much room for anything but the bed. I was surprised by the difference. Again, the hotel was lovely, but the standard was small. If you can afford the suite, take it.
