No solo la atencion es excelente, el hotel es super comodo muy lindo el personal super atento en su totalidad al igual que el desayuno es muy rico y completo! 100% recomendable!

The room was clean, large, and fairly quiet. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. The hot tub and gym are less impressive, but overall this is a great place to stay.

Hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and shopping. Room was comfortable, shower pressure is great. Foreigners should get AC/heat instructions. Bring your own tissues. Breakfast is lovely, also buffet but not like the states. Good fruit, fresh scrambled eggs, meat not to my liking, sweets. We didn't have a car, Ubers are great. A nice stay.

The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful with one exception. The room was nice and large, but lacked the amenities one would expect. I was not impressed with the surrounding area. But, it was a short walk to the cemetery and also to Santa Fe Avenue, which was very nice.

I am very allergic to air-fresheners and fragrances. I asked for no fragrance cleaning every day. Staff was very attentive and friendly BUT and there was a hint of fragrance (or more) in my room at all times. When I opened my luggage, it came back with the hotel's fragrance. Nice hotel and location but don't stay there if you are allergic to fragrances and fresheners.

Nossa estadia no Blank Hotel Recoleta foi excelente. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.
Com relação ao café da manhã, entrei em contato antecipadamente para confirmar se eles conseguiriam me oferecer alimentos sem glúten livres de contaminação, já que sou celíaca. No primeiro dia, tive apenas pão, com ovo e iogurte. Expliquei que iria preferir comer em uma padaria sem glúten, perto do hotel, e eles disseram que eu poderia escolher o que queria comer e de onde, que eles comprariam, para que eu pudesse me alimentar melhor no outro. E assim fizeram.
Todos os profissionais foram muito gentis e atenciosos. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar.
