The hotel is not very convenient without metro station. Room is clean but too small. There is no enough seats for guests at breakfast, need to wait for at least 15mins. Generally is ok.

Localização muito boa, hotel muito bom também, pelo custo benefício. Café da manhã bom.

La ubicación excelente. El personal muy amable y profesional. Solicité habitación exterior y en los tres periodos que estuvimos nos la asignaron, (204,604 y 904) Los colchones deberían cambiarse. Las habitaciones amplias aunque, en general, necesitan una renovación. El restaurante,tanto en el desayuno como en las ocasiones que cenamos, muy correcto, buen servicio y personal muy atento Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Hotel is in a good location, a bit rundown, no fridge in the room, towels in the older side and a funny smell coming sometimes from the drains.

Me adjudicaron una habitación interior y chica. Solicité una mejor y me cambiaron a otra con vista a la calle y más espaciosa. El colchón estaba hundido, avisé y lo cambiaron por uno en buen estado

A acomodação foi boa mas o hotel deixa alguns quesitos na manutenção. A luz do abajur principal estava em curto , a haste da cortina do box caiu e a descarga estava estragada .

Expedia said that as a gold member I would get a bottle of water that not only I didn't get it, but thenstaff didn't even knew about it. The safe box didn't work. The securty lock on my bedroom door was broken amd even the frame of the door broken, so i was worriwd amybody could break into the room. The only good thing was the breakfast

Everything fine

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is outdated and some of front desk staff, needs to put more attention to their clients needs. At least to call back when they know, which room had been calling. I have dietary restrictions, Roberto and Gonzalo made my breakfast experience, enjoyable every single day. Rodolfo too, a wonderful person, who got a bag of ice on a daily basis, for my swollen knee. And last, but not least, Marcelo from the front desk, who brought to my room, the help that I had asked much earlier. Housekeeping needs more supervision. Cannot bring stain sheets, to change dirty ones. And please check the covers used, when you want to convert twin beds into a king. Also the entrance to level -1 that I had to use to avoid the first set of stairs, is in need of a good cleaning. Lastly, I appreciate that I was able to check out an hour late, and leave my luggage for few hours, before departing to the airport. Hope the Administrator, recognizes the people that I mentioned before, because they represent the face of Hotel Cyan de las Americas.
