Good location, comfortable bed, clean. Instructions were a bit unclear, but it was easy to get help through WhatsApp (only during opening hours, though).

Stressful first going to management office for key, nice staff there, then 3 blocks walk to hotel. Front door fob, plus electronic door lock with code into unit. Unit next door w very loud music past midnight though probably private rental.

Fine building in a good neighborhood

The location was great, felt very safe, the place had everything needed, and was very clean. The only drawback were the doors to the balcony needing new rollers, very difficult to open and close.

Property was as advertised. Safe and secure. There could have been better attention to the cleanliness of the property. There were evident fingerprints, dust and grime around the unit.

Los inconvenientes que tuvimos fueron dos, el primero que nos entregaron el departamento con tres horas de atraso y el segundo que al estar sobre una avenida muy transitada es mucha la contaminación auditiva. Fuera de eso el departamento es cómodo, moderno, con buena vista y ubicación.

el baño estaba sucio, las sabanas tenían manchas, el sartén era mui vieja.antes de reservar, no había la información que yo tendria que llevar las llaves en otra ubicación, que la cochera era en otra calle. no eran lejos, pero se queda difícil con valijas .

It is very central and clean. However, as per what others also wrote, serious attention needs to be given to the bed. Despite the letting agents being friendly and sending emails to ask if they could help with anything, my replies with issues/questions went totally unanswered.

Als erstes würde mir ein Zimmer gezeigt mit Balkon Terrasse. Doch dann sagte man mir es sei nicht richtig und ich möchte mit kommen 3 Stockwerke oben dort war eine kleiner Raum ohne Terrasse. Fenster schiebe Tür ist zu öffnen und man könnte herunter fallen. Keine Sicherung und nicht sehr komfortabel. Das bald sehr klein die Tür geht nach Ihnen auf wo das Waschbecken fast ansonsten tut kein Platz. Schade. Das Bett sind 2 Matratze zusammen gestellt und nicht komfortabel für ein paar. Dass kochen es fehlt Geschirr zum kochen braten und die herdplatte wurde nicht richtig heiss. Hand Tücher wurde nicht gewechselt! Das auschecken musste ich um 12 Uhr mein Flug hätte ich um 17 Uhr . Damals war mein Check in um 14 Uhr sie waren verspätet und / Person reinigten schnell schnell den Raum. Ich kann es leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

La ubicacion es perfecto!! pero falta luz en la apartamento y la sofa en la sala no es muy comoda!! la comunicacion es muy bueno!!

The handover went smoothly, the managing agents had tried to contact us the day before about switching properties, but the alternative we stayed in was definitely not inferior to the one we had booked. A short walk from the agency office and we were in. The security swipe card system was very robust and every effort was made for us to be comfortable, including being able to leave our luggage in the property prior to official check-in time.

El departamento es muy comodo. Bien equipado, y muy limpio. Camas súper confortables. La única crítica es que el muy ruidoso, se escuchan permanentemente el abrir de las puertas de Deptos vecinos, y hasta los ruidos de la calle !!!

Appartamento luminoso e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Molto confortevole. Zona centrale a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Manzana Gesuitica. Zona servita da negozi. Staff molto gentile: ottimo check-in e check-out.
