We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and went hiking and came back for another night. The staff at the hotel is lovely. Gives a feeling of home. Excellent breakfast (there are vegetables). The rooms are huge and clean. Just one recommendation, put regular water in the room and not the special water...

Good experience, no complaints. Location is great, så are the rooms. Breakfast is average.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The corner suites are nice, hot water pressure was strong, AC and heat both worked fine, and the hotel was very quiet. Great location close to everything within short walking distance.

An amazing 5 days. Loved swimming in the pool after along day on excusions. Breakfast was good with enough of a variety. Highly recommend for the money

It shares the same plaza as the Alehandro which is on Balcarce St. so shopping, dining and entertainment are just blocks away. The main square is also very close in the opposite direction. The rooms are sound-proofed so you wont hear your neighbors but that doesnt mean you wont hear outside traffic when morning rush hour begins. Over all a very nice place with a super helpful staff. Oh and Jing Du chinese is around the block. Who woulda thought pretty good chinese food in Salta...? I will be back because it is much less than the Alehandro.

La chambre ne correspondait en rien aux photos: mobilier vieilli, propreté douteuse et bruits incessants de la rue. La piscine sur le toit était mal chauffée et sale. Nous avons demandé une bouilloire, mais le réceptionniste, d’un ton condescendant, nous a informés que notre chambre étant de catégorie inférieure, nous n’avions pas droit à cet équipement. Ce n’est qu’après une intervention de l’équipe d’hotels.com et une négociation que nous avons pu en obtenir une, mais uniquement pour la dernière nuit. Cela met en lumière un service inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette prétendue catégorie. Le plus insupportable a été le bruit : la chasse d'eau de la chambre voisine, juste à côté de notre tête de lit, résonnait à 5h du matin, plusieurs fois. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais l’hôtel a répondu que le bruit serait le même partout. Promesse d’un changement gratuit non tenue : on nous a demandé de payer un supplément pour une chambre "upgradée", ce qui est inacceptable. L’intervention de l’équipe d’hotels.com a été totalement inefficace. Nous avons été laissés sans soutien. De plus, nous avons tenté de joindre la réception depuis notre chambre sans succès, mais ils ont répondu immédiatement à notre appel depuis un téléphone personnel. Un comportement odieux. Cet hôtel est à fuir absolument, en particulier la chambre 302. Aucun respect des standards d'un hôtel 4 étoiles et une gestion déplorable. Si je pouvais mettre moins d'une étoile, je l’aurais fait.

The hotel is under construction. However, it has nice location and friendly staff. The service is wonderful!!! Location is nice!!!
