Near the Galerías Pacífico

The hotel is located at a convenient location of Buenos Aires and most tourist destinations can be reached in walking distance. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby so that visitors can buy daily use items. Bus and train staions are nearby. The room is clean and reasonbly spacious. Breakfast is reasonable both in quantity and choice. Wifi is fairly weak and unreliable in room but much better in hotel lobby. I do, however, recommend Cero 5 Restaurant next to the hotel which serves great food at reasonble prices.

Some of the staff members should be more versed in English since it is a touristy spot and many people aren't good with Spanish when they visit.

It was Ok, very well located. Breakfast was the same, every day. We had two problem, Wi-Fi was the worst service, you can connect but not work in the room. If you really need Internet connection, you need to go to the lobby. The heater stooped during our stay. I took these two problem, verbal and written to the front desk, but they don´t fixed or gave a feedback.

This hotel is well located close to many restaurants, shopping. Excellent breakfast, the restaurant on the 1st floor has very good choices, drinks .The staff with the breakfast buffet and the restaurant on the 1st floor were very kind, friendly and helpful

Centrally located hotel near to many locations. Hotel rooms are not all same, some had desks, some had fridges and not all rooms have safes installed. I had to changed a few times to get the appropriate room features. Dated but clean. Felt safe. Lots of options on breakfast buffet table.

An old worn out property that is clean and offers reasonable accommodations for the cost. It is what it is...

Su ubicación muy buena y la atención en front desk fue amable. Las fotos NO muestran la realidad de las instalaciones, las cuales están muy deterioradas, es un hotel viejo que no ha tenido un constante mantenimiento. El servicio de restaurante fue muy malo, después de una hora de espera me informaron que no podrían atendernos (sin una explicación clara y lógica) y la actitud del personal fue muy prepotente. Al final creo que fue mejor porque si la comida del restaurante era como la del desayuno, hubiéramos quedado muy decepcionados. En general es un hotel que definitivamente no recomiendo.
