It is a wonderful hotel, good food, nice people, excellent location.

Love this hotel, all staff were very helpful and polite.

The hotel has a great location, but it is an old hotel and no renovations have been done. The room is quite large with plenty of space, but the entire facility is old and unmaintained. Old wood, blankets with a storage smell, dusty walls, towels worn out from continuous use. When you go up to the terrace it is an old area with no facilities, the dirty pool is full of mold, the supposed bar is a chair with a table and a small mini bar with no attendants.

Hotel se denomina como 4,5 estrelas, mas não é a realidade. Acomodações velhas e chuveiro péssimo.

Hotel muito bem lo alizado e com amplas e confortáveis areas comuns. Quarto espaçoso. Banheiro minúsculo e desconfortável. Box de banho ridículo, pequeno e com cortina de plastico. Café da manha bem modesto para o padrão de preços do hotel custo/beneficio da hospedagem bem incinveniente

Gute Lage nahe zur Metro, Bus oder Bahn. Zimmer guter Schallschutz zur Strasse, Frühstück sehr gut

Gostei da hospedagem. Boa recepção, café-da-manhã razoável, elevadores pequenos, pessoal gentil, preço da diária justo. Os apartamento são grandes, mas o banheiro é pequeno. Falta saboneteira no box. Poderei retornar.

Bathroom was in poor condition- door was warped and wouldn’t close, toilet seat was broken. Shower head was broken. Front door to room didn’t close properly and hall noise could be heard. On our last day, there was TREMENDOUS construction noise in the room next door. It made me sick. This is at BEST a 2 * hotel. Restaurant was good.

The reception staff were helpful, friendly, and nothing was a problem. Great ambasators for Argentina.

What can i say but we really enjoyed our stay ar Feirs hotel. From the minute we arrived via taxi cab when they were right there to take our luggage, the restaurant on site and the large, clean, comfortable room. Our bathroom was also a good size unlike some of the reviews i saw. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there 2 nights pre-cruise but they had cleaning service every day. As other reviews said grocery store right across the street. Our room seems to have been renovated recently. Breakfast buffet was good. We would definitely stay here again!

Quarto grande, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, possui uma sacada ampla, muito boa. Localização é muito boa, bairro tranquilo e seguro, a dois quarteirões da praça San Martin (inclusive lá possui uma das melhores sorveterias chamada Rapanui). O ônibus turístico amarelo passa nessa praça. Portanto foi muito conveniente. Para ir aos pontos turísticos como a Flor Generica ou o Mercado de San Telmo, recomendo ir de taxi ou aplicativo, não é perto para ir a pé. Café da manhã estava bom. O ponto negativo da estadia ficou com o banheiro, estava descascando o teto, o box não tinha porta de vidro, era uma cortina, o exaustor parece que não estava funcionando, pois embaçava completamente o banheiro. A piscina é pequena e não é aquecida. No geral, o preço que pagamos pela estadia me pareceu bom custo x benefício.

The staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage for 2 days while we left on a tour. They gave us a take away breakfast because we had to leave early. Approximately 4 hrs into our staff they called to make sure everything was okay. We would highly recommend them!

The amenities (pool, gym, rooftop, sauna) were all closed. I picked this hotel and paid more because of the amenities. I should receive a refund from Expedia for this mistake.
