Luciano was wonderful as were all the staff. Breakfast was cooked especially for us at a time we nominated. Excellent choice the night before leaving Ezeiza.

As far as I know, this hotel doesn’t exist. Long after I had landed, I got an email about a shuttle, but no one on earth checks emails while getting their luggage. I hired a cab, and went to the address on the reservation. There was nothing there. I never saw the hotel. And I had to find another place to stay.

Clean room although not fancy. Staff was wonderful, They arrange airport pickup and dropoff at your request. They cook breakfast for you based on what you order. These people are trying hard.

My flight was changed and delayed. The staff were so lovely and could not have been more helpful. 10/10 would stay there again

Good location, excellent transfers, always responsible. Very basic but clean. basic but fresh breakfast. Very comfy bed... but impossible to get sleep. AC in our room was super old, impossible to control and SO LOUD we didn't sleep at all (opening the balcony on ground floor wasn't an option). So be aware that this place needs some major updates. Also, honestly, overpriced for how basic everything is, even if everything worked.

Not a great location especially if you are traveling along, it was very uncomfortable going onto a place where it does not indicate what the location is. The hotel is closed in and shares the common areas with other guest. Refrigerator in the room but was unplugged, there were bugs flying around the bed area and on the walls. No water or ice available, there was no cable tv available and room was very small. Decent bed and bathroom though.

We were picked up from the airport and dropped back the next morning for our flight. We were located within walking distance of a place to eat. We felt safe in the area. The place we stayed in was secure. Staff friendly and accommodating of our needs.

The staff was incredible, communicated with me all the way through, picked me up from the airport and dropped me off. But there property is run down and there’s mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Outstanding experience - super kind and helpful staff, I had to return to the airport for a luggage snafu late at night on a tight timeline and they went above and beyond to help out. Quiet room close to airport, perfect for overnight layover. Enjoyed the rain shower with good water pressure and how clean the room was. So happy to have found Gugasuites.

El lugar estaba impecable. Muy limpio. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. Me fueron a buscar y dejaron nuevamente en el aeropuerto. Super recomendable.

Near airport with pickup. Great one night stay. Highly recommended for overnight airport stay. Great communication

Disappointed in being told we would picked up and they would watch for delayed arrival. At 2:30 in morning we landed no ride. After text Zack and forth they offered an uber but we already got a taxi. Which was a nightmare they quoted us a price for 5 min ride if $15 US then when we got to hotel they wanted $55. After long discussion we settled on $25. It was 3:39 by now and now hotel wants payment but they machine won’t work. After checking I had already paid in full.
