Our room was very clean, spacious, with a firm mattress and super quiet. The water pressure was excellent and all the amenities worked well. The staff members were very friendly and ready to help with anything w
e needed. Our special thanks to Guillermo.
The breakfast had a variety of healthy choices and it was both delicious and abundant.
We highly recommend this place.

Recomiendo al 100% este hotel, no solo porque está muy bien situado, en un lugar seguro y cerca de los puntos más turísticos de Buenos Aires, las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, el desayuno es delicioso y variado, sino porque lo más valioso es su personal!!! Todos son personas amables y respetuosas, dispuestas a colaborar en todo momento y que dan su milla extra! Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel y segura de que de volver a Buenos Aires me alojaría de nuevo en BYS Palermo. Felicitaciones a todo el personal de BYS Palermo, por demostrar que hacen su trabajo con amor por su país tan hermoso, que invitan al turista a regresar a este hotel.

great value and (if you like to walk far) walkable location but gym was small and poorly equipped and nothing worked in it anyway. If you don't care about the gym I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is wonderful!! The breakfast has something for everyone. We felt safe here. Guillermo is THE NICEST!! Everyone is helpful. Our room was kept clean. It's relatively close to the subte station. A GREAT place to stay in Buenos Aires!

Gostamos muito do hotel, a localização é ótima em Palermo. tem vários restaurantes na volta. Só fica um pouco longe dos pontos turísticos que são no centro, mas para nós valeu a pena, porque gostamos muito do conforto que o hotel oferece.

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel Bys per una settimana. Il quartiere è sicuro e ben servito. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Unico neo: la difficoltà nell'aprire la porta con la scheda magnetica, ma con l'aiuto del personale (soprattutto di David) è stato sistemato tutto rapidamente.
Buona la colazione e la varietà di cibo, sia dolce che salato.

Hotel muito bom e muito bem localizado. Está a 600m do metrô Medrano. Café da manhã fantástico. Funcionários excelentes, prestativos e gentis. Em especial, os da recepção. Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável. Benheiro espaçoso e limpo.

Decent hotel. Breakfast was pretty average - I skipped a couple of times for coffee etc elsewhere. Some staff were helpful but others felt a bit put out whenever I needed a new key etc. Nice pool area although it is small. Room felt clean and housekeepers did a good job.
