Nossa hospedagem contou com toda a atenção da equipe do hotel, com o quarto impecavelmente limpo, café da manhã bem variado e com boas opções para todo tipo de gosto.Como surpresa adicional, em um dia que não podíamos tomar café devido ao horário, foi preparado um lanche especial para a viagem que surpreendeu a todos nós de forma bastante positiva, com um carinho que nem era esperado. Tanto restaurante quanto o bar é bem equipado com produtos de qualidade e refeições muito bem servidas e com ótimos sabor. Com ótima localização no centro da cidade, recomendamos o objetivamente o hotel como uma opção de facilidade qualidade e serviço impecáveis.

Room was fine - not huge, but the bathroom was a decent size. No hot water kettle, tea, coffee, bottle opener. Shower had shampoo and conditioner, plus bar soap. Breakfast was better than expected with eggs and meats, bread and pastry, cereal with yogurt/milk, juice and coffee. No ability to check-out late as building was booked the next day. Gym was small with some machines, and fine for limited use. Spa requires a pre-booking and has limited hours, as does the gym.

We were more than pleased with this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the lobby bar was a great spot for an afternoon drink and snack. In spite of the tucked-away location, it really was a convenient walk to restaurants and other sites of interest.

The location of the hotel, its staff and facilities were fantastic and we were always served with a smile at Reception each day and the guys at the bar were so caring in dealing with plant based latte and coffee for us.

Hotel has a great location close to many interesting sites, shopping and public transit. Restaurant is good and reasonably priced compared to places nearby. I'd like to thank Leonardo for his help every morning at breakfast. Highly recommend for a visit to BsAs
