小木屋隔音略差 房间设施一般。 但是酒店地理位置很好 身处森林的感觉。早餐丰盛 且工作人员英语流利沟通很方便

I have already paid the fee by my credit card on hotels.com, but the hotel charged again after my checking out

If you are looking for a hotel with nice location, this would not be your choice. The room is huge and they are in good condition. They provide free shuttle service if you want to go to downtown do do some grocery shopping or have a dinner. The restaurant in the hotel is nice too if you cannot make it to downtown.

Pictures on the Expedia site are of a newer building they have built on the property. We were put in cabins out back that needed renovation. Dinning hall was new and renovated Ms breakfast options were descent. Staff was helpful with our bags however the early check in was not available on any of our 3 rooms that we had booked. Didn’t get the Expedia VIP beverages or early/late checkins for members. Staff was friendly

Room smell terrible. Front desk did not allow us to stay 15 extra minutes. Breakfast very basic. Since it is a lodge, it should has coffee maker. A lot of mosquitos and insects on the bed. Very expensive for drink and dine.

Room was not ready. It was ok we came early than checking in. Room was nice but smelled terrible. Floor extremely slippery. My husband fell in the bathroom. Next day no towels at 4 pm. Breakfast opened at 7am. Very old coffee in the lobby. Location was nice. We could not stay past 10 am.

Very nice hotel and it’s so peaceful! The pool is lovely and the restaurant for breakfast was so good! Easy to travel to the waterfalls and the town of Iguazu is a short drive away. Highly recommend

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann viele Erfahrungsberichte zur schlechten Qualität nicht teilen und bin von der Spitzenleistung überzeugt. Die Lage im Regenwald ist schön, wobei man dies nicht mit dem Dschungel verwechseln darf. Dennoch sieht man hier zwischen dem Grün viele schöne Vögel (Kolibris usw.). Die Unterkünfte sind sauber und bequem. Entsprechend der Lage im Regenwald sind diese gepflegt. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr gute Auswahl des Frühstücks und Abendessens im Restaurant. Die Preise sind etwas höher, aber von sehr guter Qualität. Mucho Gusto! Transportoptionen können sehr einfach arrangiert werden. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Fiquei hospedado por uma noite e esquecido um perfume na acomodação, que pasmem… não foi encontrado mais… entrado em contato com o hotel, dizem que housekeeping não achou… hotel sem credibilidade nenhuma. Nunca mais retorno, não dá para confiar.

Quarto incrível, hotel muito bom restaurante e area da piscina. O unico problema é o valor das bebidas, muito caro consumir no hotel

Lugar lindo, atendimento da recepção nota mil, mas tem um funcionário em específico que fica na cozinha que sinceramente me fez querer ir embora pelo menos 3vezes. Este mesmo funcionário me proibiu de alimentar uma cadela que estava visivelmente faminta, alegando que se ela quisesse comida iria procurar, sinceramente como um hotel sustentável no meio da natureza me PROIBE de tentar alimentar um animal DOMÉSTICO faminto? Nunca mais retorno

Great spot on the fringe of the rain forest. Stayed in a jungle room, was great. Close enough for short taxi ride to falls and to town. Staff were very helpful

We recently spent 2 nights at La Reserva Virgin Lodge and there were some good things and not so great things about the lodge. Pros - Great staff; helpful and friendly - Decent food in the restaurant and priced reasonably given this was a 'resort' - Lovely jungle location - Spacious room Cons - I know this is the jungle and a tropical rainforest, but still our room smelled full of mildew and damp. It wasn't a particularly pleasant place to hang out after a day of exploring the falls. (it was clean, but needed better air circulation or something along those lines) -

We stayed one night at the Reserve Virgin Lodge as part of our trip to Iguazú Falls. We loved the on theme jungle lodgings and quiet luxury of the rooms. The accommodation was very spacious, including the rain shower and bathroom. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as well as the restaurant and think this is a great hotel to make a visit to Iguazu top notch.

The staff were responsive, attentive and kind. Communication was through whatsapp and it was very efficient. You feel immerse in nature. At this moment there is construction going on and it may disrupt a bit the serene atmosphere. The restaurant for dinner is good. For breakfast and lunch the restaurant its ok, restaurant service ok. The shower needs some stand or something to place the hygiene products somewhere other than the floor or the table outside of the shower. Hotel is clean. The staff does help you coordinating transportation anywhere, outside and in property activities as well. Check out it’s a bit early 10am. Overall good experience.
