会多收费用，前台收取房间费用时，会以订单金额的188%收取（约两倍），订单是198美元 实际收取374美元，没有解释，给的账单也是错误的，令人愤怒，令人失望 There will be extra charges. When the front desk charges the room fee, it will be charged at 188% of the order amount (approximately double). The order is 198 USD and the actual charge is 374 USD. There is no explanation. The bill given is also wrong. Disappointed

I stayed 4 nights while enjoying a very short vacation in Buenos Aires. the first two nights there was a noise that wasn't constant but bothersome. A noise like a piece of metal against a wall. The third night, a very windy night, the noise was CONSTANT and did not let me sleep. I called front desk twice with no response. Finally, at 5am I went down to the Front desk and requested a change of room. They gave me another room y NOONE offered me to help. I moved myself from one room to another rookm at 5:30 am. It ended up that the noise was coming from the roof right above my first room and there was the metal frame of a canopy that got loose and was banging against the surface. They did not apologize nor offered any compensation for that. That night (my fourth night in that hoyel and my very last night in Buenos Aires), when I ogt to my room (the new one) the key was deactivated and the room was NOT done. Thet DID NOT clean my room (the new one) that day! At check out I respecfully requested that they didnt charge me for That specific night and they denied it because i had booked thru a third party

Considering the price, it is ok! The hotel is a little bit old, the towels are not soft

Oud vervallen hotel. Slecht vies bed. Personeel loopt op der laatste tandvlees. Hotel kan beter de deuren sluiten. En een upgrade ondergaan. Momenteel vergane glorie. Jammer

Clean and has everything you need from a hotel. In room fridge and coffee/tea facilities Continental self service breakfast. Very friendly staff on hand who are happy to help in anyway they can. Sadly there is no free shuttle service to/from airport as advertised. I emailed before arriving to confirm and did not get a reply. Reasonable price from airport taxi and plenty available. Use caution in the area after dark.

Das Hotel kann man unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Lage sehr zentral. Bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann man nicht meckern. Frühstück wenig Auswahl, aber alles da.

Bathroom was cramped for tall people. Selection at breakfast very limited.

Excelente opción para estar cerca de todo y llegar caminando a puntos de interés, como Obelisco, Casa Rosada, Puerto Madero, microcentro. Muy buenas habitaciones, amplias y cómodas. Destaco la higiene impecable. El personal de recepción amable. El desayuno es básico pero rico todo. Deberían cambiar las tostadoras ya que no funcionan. En los alrededores hay buenos lugares para comer y tomar algo. A pocas cuadras de llegada de Buquebus, se puede ir caminando sin problema. Recomiendo y volvería.

É um hotel antigo que precisa de renovação. A internet no quarto é péssima e o café da manhã horrível. Boa localização.

立地は良かったです。WiFiは部屋の扉から2m以内しか繋がらず、TVも見れませんでした。朝ごはんのホットコーヒーとお湯はとても冷たかったです。

Experiência na média para ruim, internet horrível, hotel antigo e com alguns problemas de manutenção, funcionários razoáveis, tive um problema de furto no meu apartamento que ninguém se dispôs a resolver e trataram como se que a culpa fosse minha, infelizmente não recomendo e também não retorno.

Stylish and in a walking distance from the Buquebus Ferry

Hotel bem localizado e com funcionários eficientes e educados. Apenas 2 coisas que não me agradaram: variedade do Buffet do café da manhã era pouco e sem ovo, bacon ou salsicha. Outro ponto foi o quarto que havia poeira na cortina o que me deu alguns dias crises alérgicas.

Lindo hotel aunque un poco descuidada la limpieza y el mantenimiento, la habitación que nos toco le faltaba un vidrio a la mampara por ende cada ducha era una piscina el baño! El desayuno bufet muy básico pero rico.
