Our requests from management were immediately accomplished. We stayed at one bedroom apartment. Some furniture needs to be refurbished but existing ones still in good condition. Location is excellent and safe. Dining options are good too.

Great location great security and ease of entry nice rooftop pool and private jacuzzi was amazing

The WiFi in the bedroom ever worked. This really affected my ability to work. I was supposed to do zoom meetings that I could not. Have in the public areas

Room was large and comfortable but unclean with a strange smell. Various issues on check in and with WiFi and safe. Communal areas are filthy and the gym is severely underequipped.

Very convenient

The accommodation is in a very good location. We were attending a trade fair in Buenos Aires and the venue was within walking distance. It was great. The place is a bit busier, you don't get a full night's sleep, but we take that as a tax on how good a location it is. There was always a guard at the reception, but unfortunately never any receptionist or representative of the accommodation provider. Everything was handled only through WA. We repeatedly reported that there was a lot of mould in one of the rooms, it was all around the windows, on the curtains, it could be smelled everywhere in the room..., but no one ever responded to this complaint.

Was a great apartment very nice to have been upgraded before we got there due to air-conditioning problems and not just put into room communication with management was very easy We really enjoyed our stay

⚠️ This is a warning for anyone considering renting in this building or from this person named Christian. I received a very poor apartment that didn't look anything like the photos. Walking into the building was not nice at all and poorly maintained. The elevator is so old I saw one in the 1960s. Small and it didn't look in great condition. I never had a balcony as shown. My kitchen and bath were not modern as shown in the photos. I complained and ask for another room or a refund. Christian told me there were no rooms available and I would have to ask Expedia for a refund. I spoke to Expedia and they tried to call Christian but he wouldn't answer his phone now. . I left the building with Christian not telling me I couldn't get a refund but that Expedia would have to handle it. After not answering the phone for a couple of days an e-mail was sent and they denied my refund even though I had returned the keys under the understanding I was getting a refund. This was not as advertised. They may have what's in the photos but what I got was totally unacceptable. The staff are inaccessible too. Behind a buzzer system. At first they refused to give me the manager's number. Avoid this place .

Good place great location

The apartment was fantastic.

Only a couple of blocks from many bakeries, a great empanada place and Plaza Italia. The process for getting was easy, even though my card made it difficult because i was visiting other countries as well. Loved the big patio.

Amazing apartment with everything needed and the location is fabulous. Friendly and frequent communication from Valentina.

We will be back!

Me gustó que todo lo que necesité lo tuve al alcance sin tener que recorrer grandes distancias en una ciudad tan grande como Buenos Aires. Me gustó la buena atención de parte de la persona encargada, aunque siempre nuestra comunicación fue siempre vía WhatsApp y por correo electrónico. Fueron pocas cosas la que no me gustaron, como pro ejemplo el decorado de la habitación, puede ser mejorado.

Me gustó la atención oportuna de la encargada, la limpieza y la tranquilidad. La ubicación resultó muy apropiada para mi objetivo de visita a Buenos Aires, pues todo tuvo muy cerca.

I came home one day to find a maid enjoying her lunch in my room. (!) Using the microwave, cutlery, table, sofa etc. Food and drink were everywhere. I was shocked to see she was still working there the next day, despite my protest to mgmt. Clearly such an invasion of privacy and breach of professional etiquette isn’t important, in the slightest. If you enjoy the smell of cigarettes, the room I had is for you. And bring earplugs: there’s a major bus route outside. Drip stains above the headboard were gross. Unthinkably gross. Place should have been cleaned properly of smoke smell and wall stains before the next guest. I had to defrost the ice-laden freezer myself. And try to clean the walls. Patio jacuzzi needs better maintenance as wood siding is falling off. …But, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Checkin was super-easy & efficient. Kitchen also has all you need. (…And what the maid might need for enjoying her meals.) Oh, A few days before checkout I asked for an extra toilet paper roll since I didn’t want to buy a 6 pack when I wasn’t going to use up 1/4 a roll. No can do. Clearly, there was no concern about making up for bad guest experiences in the smallest possible way.

Good Palermo location, nice building with pool but apartment was tired, with threadbare rugs and broken furniture. The apartment was soiled on arrival with hair in the bed, dirty sheets and bathroom - however when we flagged this it was cleaned again almost immediately.

Very centrally located, beautiful and clean suite. Staff were very friendly. Totally love this place and will come back to stay anytime.
