Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável

passamos só um dia, mas o local era muito bom. perto do cassino, de mercados, do free-shop.

Boa localização, o quarto é bem grande, café bom. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

A pousada é linda, porém a piscina como não é climatizada é impossivel de entrar de tão gelada. O quarto é enorme é estava impecável mas senti falta de funcionarios na pousada, principalmente no café da manhã onde algumas coisas acabaram e não havia ninguém para repor, alguns hóspedes tambem precisaram limpar uma mesa pra se sentarem … a noite também não fica ninguém na recepção… enfim, nada me atrapalhou mas creio que seja um ponto a melhorar.

A pousada é bem localizada, quarto e banheiros são bons e grandes. A limpeza deixou a desejar, quarto com bastante cabelos pelo chão e sobre a mesa. O ar condicionado foi impossível de usar, quando ligamos saiu muito cheiro de mofo e poeira, minha esposa precisou tomar antialergico. Precisa fazer a higienização urgente antes que deixe alguém doente.

It was very quaint and beautiful. The staff was very accommodating, the facilities were very nice.

It’s a nice little cottage-style hotel. Hotel rooms is huge but the amenities inside room need to be some upgraded. Generally, we had a happy stay.

Only stayed one night, but it was easy, the room was spacious, and the hotel was communicative.

The property is currently being renovated. This should address some of the issues with redecoration of the rooms. The outside and pool was very nice especially after a hot day touring the falls. The staff were very helpful with arrangements transport to the falls and airport

Other than not much choice to eat at a short walk, it was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palama Real Posada! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly met all our expectations. The staff truly stood out – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Communication with them was seamless, especially through WhatsApp, and accessing the Wi-Fi was a breeze. The location is another major highlight. It's within walking distance of the bus terminal, which made getting around so convenient, and it was also easy to reach from the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
