This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful.

There is no finer place to stay in Buenes Aires. The B&B was beautiful with a Mediterranean charm. The rooms were simple yet clean and comfortable. The best part of the trip was the innkeeper Thibaud. He was helpful with ANY info one might need. He was friendly with plenty of stories on hand. He is always ready to make a suggestions for restaurants and attractions. If I ever go back to BA, I'll stay here again.

This motel has no TV, no bar, no lobby, and no entrainment at all. Nothing you find a hotel. There is no staff. The staff is one person, the owner,. Please, please do not book for a long stay because the owner will not reimburse your money is you decide to cancel at arrival which many people do for being disappointed of this facility. This motel has no parking and it is located in a low class neighborhood. My rental car got broken into while parked on the street in front of the motel a terrible experience for a visitor in a foreign country. I will not recommend this facility to anyone. You may be flatter by the price but please avoid this motel if you can. The ratings on the website are not true.

Lugar agradable tranquilo y limpio

Nice little place. Friendly and helpful owner. The room was clean, good bed. Faced onto a patio though that could be loud if there had been rude guests. Luckily no rude guests.
