Ótimo atendimento. Instalações precisam de reforma

The cabanas cosmetics need some work. If you're looking for something new & modern, this is not it. What I loved is, it really is in a rainforest, with all the sounds of crickets and birds chirping 24/7. It is within walking distance to the bus to the Iguazu Falls park, but not to markets and restaurants in Puerto Iguazu. Staying in the cabanas, you do have access to the restaurant, pool and pool bar of the associated Rainforest LaSelva hotel, which is more upscale, and Argentine breakfast comes is included in the price.

O hotel tem uma estrutura incrível. Uma pena que está sem cuidados e a limpeza e a manutenção das áreas externas também não são um ponto forte do local. O pessoal da recepção foi bem atencioso e nos forneceu tudo o que precisávamos.

Aire conditioners and refrigerators don't work. Rooms are dirty and walls aren't clean.

Piso gelado para um lugar com temperaturas negativas, travesseiros horríveis, café da manhã péssimo, não tinha nem manteiga e nem ovos, ítens básicos para um café da manhã (estou falando de itens basicos para um café da manhã sem luxo)

O hotel necesita de um valor de 50 dólares para ser deixado na recepção como garantia até o fim da estadia, achei um absurdo,e também não fui informado disso no momento da reserva, pois caso eu não tivesse, não poderia me hospedar no hotel

Horrible condition, unsafe. Walls broken , bed completely dirty, bugs everywhere. I leave the property.

Excelente servicio en todo sentido, aire acondicionado bien frío, cuarto amplio y cómodo, baño impecable, todo funciona bien, área de piscina cómoda y con parque acuático para niños, para destacar el personal, son todos muy amables y expeditivos, con muy buen asesoramiento en actividades y resolución de requerimientos, quedamos muy contentos Volveré pronto

As fotos não condiz com o lugar, o hotel está literalmente caindo às pedaços, o café da manhã sem comentários de tão ruim.

While the property and main hotel had lots of charm, the cabana that we stayed in had lost much of it. It clearly had not been upkept over the years. There was a general mildew smell that caused havok for those with allergies and no one dared to sit on the futon that was discolored to a brown/yellow color more than the white it had been originally. Breakfast waa decent and staff were fine, but overall I likely wouldn't stay here again.

A localização do hotel é boa e o atendimento é excelente. Porém o hotel é bastante antigo então tem muita manutenção, os quartos sao espaçosos mas previsão de reforma urgente.

Stay away from this place. Now if bringing in prostitutes rather than family is your thing then definitely stay here. There’s lots of shady characters who stay here so be on the lookout for your family and your own sake. The road to access this hotel is something straight out of a horror movie. Room service left their cleaning squeegee inside the bathroom. How touching!

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar, cuando yo llegué las áreas comunes del hotel estaban sucias, empolvadas. Les falta motivar al turismo y no es agradable que soliciten una tarjeta de crédito como seguro incluyendo código de seguridad de la tarjeta. Pero agradezco la atención del recepcionista Darwin (no sé si así se escribe) fué muy amable.

Muy sucio ! Una basura . Sabanas sucias ! Almohada sucia.

The staff go out of their way to make things more complicated. They make mistakes and make you pay for thier mistakes without taking any responsibility. They made me miss a tour and spend an extra $80 in transportation costs and were very rude to me when I tried to find a solution with them.

Di poco fuori dalla città ma con servizio taxi in hotel. E comunque tranquillo e silenzioso

El hotel está bien pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, sobre todo las habitaciones, si bien tienen todo lo necesario, parecen bastante precarias. Bien para pasar la noche

EL HOTEL ES MUY BONITO Y EL ENTORNO ESPECTACULAR PERO NO ESTA CUIDADO NO HAY MANTENIMIENTO, UNA LASTIMA

Muy buen hotel. Quizás le falta un poquito más de mantenimiento pero es muy lindo. Recomendaría ampliar un poco más el menú del resto bar. Pero la verdad, es muy lindo.
