Very fun location and interesting and comfortable hotel rooms with amazing style. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location absolutely amazing. The shared kitchen was a nice plus.
Really the only issues were the wear on the very cool furnishings and the showers that were kinda hard to work with and wimpy and the beds were very firm like all the beds we encountered in Argentina and Uruguay. Everyone should get some modern toppers for their mattresses and people will probably be much more comfy.

Very nice touristi neighborhood. Still not noisy. There is no balcony in my room and it was supposed to be per Expedia. Receptionist told me that Expedia has it wrong. balcony in very few rooms and very very small balcony like you cannot use it. Other than that, very helpful staff and very nice location

They cancelled my reservation, and had to overpay upon check in to secure another reservation. My toilet was broken for 3 days and they fixed it using a plastic bag. I was transferred to a better room day 3. The location is great, but it is an old hotel and the staff is negligent.

Excelente localização e atendimento na recepção.
Só sugiro algumas melhoras no quarto. O ar condicionado não resfriava o suficiente. Por ser um quarto grande, com pé direito duplo, o aparelho de ar condicionado do andar superior deveria estar disponível. Sugiro, também, melhoria nos chuveiros. Água fraca e box que não impedia que o banheiro ficasse muito molhado.

When we arrived the front door was locked and it took a really long time to have anyone come by and let us in - this was around 10am. The staff was not easy to find for help during our stay as they didn’t seem to have any regular opening hours for their front desk - this was worse during the day than at night. Internet was fine in the reception area but spotty in our room. Room layout was spacious

Os apartamentos são super espaçosos e muito confortáveis. A localização é uma das melhores de Buenos Aires — perto de tudo e muito prática para se locomover.
A comunicação com o anfitrião foi tranquila e eficiente. O check-in e o check-out foram simples, rápidos e sem burocracia, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia.

I really liked the location. The location would be the main reason I would stay there again. Narrow cobblestone street near cafes and restaurants. Felt relatively safe. Cons would be that not all the info on Expedia held true. There was not a 24 hour front desk. The roof top area that looked really cool was not open to experience.

Lovely apartments with great space for two people - loved having the mezzanine area for sleeping and then a sofa area.
You do get enough light and it was great for us, but depending which apartments you get you will have either street or internal courtyard windows, if you are fussy.
In great area easy to walk to restaurants, bars and sites easily and then get around the rest of the city too.
Staff friendly and helpful.
