Nice, simple, clean, comfortable, located in a beautiful part of Mendoza. The 2nd time we stayed at Uvas for a short rip and plan to stay here again!

We need to change room as our toilet was leeking. We were moved to a bigger room however this room was facing a busy intersection. On our first night we didn’t get much sleep. The noise such as buses and motorcycles driving by was really loud. They offered to relocate us to a different room but it was our last night and too tired to pack up our gear once again. Rooms not clean. Bed skirts need to be cleaned. Also a strong unpleasant perfum scent in the rooms. We opened the patio door to air some of it out. It wasn’t expensive so I guess it was to be expected.

The property does not match the pictures. It is run-down, unclean, and has an unpleasant odor. The bed skirt, which reaches all the way to the floor, appears to have never been changed and is extremely dirty. In addition, the bathtub is very small and definitely not suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility, as it is the only way to take a shower.
On the positive side, the location is walkable, convenient, and safe, and the reception staff were nice and welcoming.

This property looks nice on the photos but it in pretty terrible condition
1. Our balcony doors didn't lock so any intruder could have walked in. I had to go the doors together with a coat.hangee for security
2. The listing says we get a queen bed. It was a double a s we couldn't both for in the bed.
3. The place was pretty dirty and gross
4. The road noise from busses passing all night made it impossible to sleep
5. Beds were low quality and very uncomfortable
6. The couch cover has stains and grime all over it
Overall, not a great place. Glad we were in the room for a total of 8 hours

This property tries hard to please. While the rooms are a bit dated the location is good and the daily rate for the shoulder season seemed fairly priced. Take note of the arcane check-in policies.
