Bonitas instalaciones, falta un poco de mantenimiento

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel, um es zu Fuß zu erreichen, braucht man schon eine gute sportliche Kondition. Uber geht natürlich auch und kostet nicht die Welt. :-) Das Zentrum mit allen Bars und Restaurants ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als sie Wind davon bekamen, dass wir mit dem Zimmer nicht ganz zufrieden waren, haben sie uns sofort ein anderes angeboten. Was die Zimmer angeht: es gibt verschiedene Häuser auf dem Gelände. Einige Häuser sind relativ alt, so sind auch die Zimmer. Sie sind sauber und bieten grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht, eine Renovierung wäre aber angebracht. Es gibt aber auch ein ganz neues Haus, in dem sehen die Einheiten von außen deutlich mehrwertiger aus. Von innen habe ich sie jedoch nicht gesehen. Aber auch das ältere Zimmer war für den Preis mehr als OK. Zum Fitnessraum und Schwimmbad läuft man kurz über die Straße. Der Fitnessraum ist schon ganz OK, nicht nur Alibi wie in den meisten anderen Hotels. Ich konnte dort mein normales Workout machen und habe nichts vermisst. Der Schwimmbad ist brauchbar, aber alt und nicht allzu tief: Crowlen wäre schon schwierig - da würde man den Boden mit Händen berühren. Das Frühstück ist minimalistisch, absolut nichts besonderes und nichts für hohe Erwartungen. Insgesamt angesichts des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses eine gute Wahl mit kleinen Abstrichen.

The property is beautiful and the room was really nice.the staff were lovely. The kitchen was the perfect size for me, had everything I needed. But my room was very noisy. There was no soundproofing, so i could hear my very noisy neighbors upstairs (they were loud well after quiet hours) and I could hear traffic all night. It was nice to have access to the gym. I was most looking forward to the sauna and it wasn’t very hot.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and parking spots are securely located behind a coded gate. It is a short Uber ride to good places to eat. There is a grocery store just across the street (and to the left).

Equipe excelente.

Rooms looked nothing like the photos. Actual room wasn’t as maintained. Parking area is terrible. They have small, tight spots, and people’s cars can get damaged easily by other cars trying to park. The bed was uncomfortable and we had an issue with the breakfast. They told us breakfast was at a certain time, they included the time in their welcome text but no mention that it was for an additional cost. We went, ate some mediocre croissants, some of their plain scrambled eggs, and left the coffee. We walked out of the breakfast dining area a bit disappointed but laughed it off as “this is what you get when you get a free breakfast”. A day or two later, they send a message telling me I owe them for breakfast. I kindly explained that no one mentioned it and that I’m sorry and thought it was included. They simply said I should have checked on Expedia and in their fine print that says to “consult for pricing”. Yeah, well it’s a little sneaky trick because that terrible breakfast should not cost $15 per person. I’ve paid less at a decent specialty coffee shop with better food. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you really just needed a room to sleep in during your travels. I would have been really unhappy if this would’ve been our actual hotel for the week in the area.

Excelente custo benefício. Bem localizado. Próximo ao Centro, mas longe da bagunça. Mercado e padaria ao lado. Boa limpeza. Equipe simpática e prestativa.

Boa hospedagem. Mas café da manhã muito fraco

Foi boa , cafê da manhã não tinha muita variedade, todos os dias eram as mesmas coisas, mas tudo de qualidade.

Muito boa e confortável

Hotel um pouco afastado do centro comercial de Bariloche, o que nãoimpede uma caminhada até o centro com a volta de táxi ou uber, mas muito bem cuidado e silencioso. Café da manhã bem servido e variado. Atendimento muito bom. Emprestaram até um guarda-chuva durante a estadia.

Incrível! Hospedagem maravilhosa, o pessoal da recepção super educado e atencioso. O apartamento era quentinho, o aquecimento funcionava direitinho e eles têm um aquecedor de toalhas maravilhoso. Em um dia escolhi ficar no hotel pedi uma pizza, eles me forneceram um telefone de uma pizzaria excelente. Super recomendo.

Muy tranquilo

Nos fue bien, el hotel está bien ubicado y en general tiene un buen servicio.

Un hotel lindo, adaptado a la naturaleza, cómodo y amplio. El servicio de front desk muy bueno, su personal siempre muy amable.

Excelente atención y muy amables, el desayuno bien. Lo único que mejoraría es la insonorización de los departamentos, se escuchaba mucho a las personas de las cabañas contiguas.

The bed literally was urinated on! While the sheets looked clean, the minute you laid your head down on the bed you could smell urine. When I pulled the sheets back there was a large urine stain on the bed. The floors were so dirty that the minute you took your shoes off your feet were black. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all and the shower had slimey stuff all over it. The room was really in need of repair as there were huge chunks taken out of the wood beams, dents and scuff marks all up the wall and the white paint on the walls was horribly dirty.
