I came from the United States knowing little Armenian language and they were very friendly and extremely helpful and took the time to help me with a few Armenian words and they were very patient and caring. I would recommend this hotel to everyone !!!!

It had a good view and wide windows. The ambiance was quiet, and there was a piano in the shared space between the first-floor rooms.
Our room was big. The temperature was OK, etc. Overall, it was a good experience. However, I believe you can get better services with fewer expenses in hotels nearer the center of the city.
The hotel was a little far from the town's center. It wasn't easy to access the city attractions on foot. On the other hand, there are more natural elements nearby. We took beautiful pictures of the sun-set and the flying birds.

I never had like this experience very rude they want me to throw my room rubbish on the street by myself .I think it’s better for you reputation to stop business with hotel like this

I don,t have any experience in this hotel. It is far from the city and when i reserve this hotel they told the hotel is less than 1.5 mile but it is not like that. This distance is our problem .
