check in time was very long, no early check in was available, hotel / staff was too busy. you for them just a next client. otherwise the hotel was clean, but old with a friendly staff, very strong overage hotel. would still recommend, but low your expectation.

Whether was hot but the comfort at the hotel made us comfortable.

I was thoroughly disappointed as the hotel failed to disclose the closure of its amenities, a critical factor in making my choice on where to stay. Hotels.com has a section for closures and remodeling, they've had months to update it. The hotel offered access to the Orange Fitness but the round trip took me 30 min plus taxi cost. After my initial dispute, they offered to cover taxi cost but that didn't make up for the time. After continued disputes, I suggested they need to refund a portion of my stay. They offered an insulting 5%, an amount that didn't bridge the gap between their nightly cost and a competing hotel that had no amenities. I extended my trip and quickly moved to the Ramada for the duration. It is a newer, cleaner hotel in the same area, would highly recommend it.

Please think thrice before staying here. 1. Rooms are very small 2. Very noisy. If the windows face the street, the noise of the street is such that you might think that you are standing on the street. If the windows overlook the pool, there is noise from the music. The staff is either rude or incompetent. As a gold member of hotels.com, I decided to exercise my right to early check-in. I was told to wait and I patiently waited at the reception for almost an hour, watching others come ahead of me. In the end, they gave me a room with the condition that I had to leave it at 10 am. handing over the key at 10 am, I found out that now I have to wait until my room is ready. This number was given to me only at 5 pm. But not only that, the next day when I left for the airport, I was told that I must pay for an additional one more stay at the hotel, since I checked into the hotel earlier than 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Of course, no one warned me about the need for such a payment at the time when I was given the key.

Many thanks to all the workers at the hotel for excellent service from start to finish. Every thing works well: plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Excellent room layout, clean, and comfortable. Good central location. sumptuous breakfast, delicious and healthy.
