The hotel was in a quiet part of the city. There were mini-supermarkets nearby and the pool was a bit touch, even though it was still cold in May. The breakfast was great, even though it was served later than usual and the cook bent over backwards to make sure that she made us something we'd enjoy. The only thing I'd warn you about is the fact that there are a lot of steps leading from the street to the hotel and no lift, so if you're disabled, as I am, you'd struggle. But the hotel staff, again, did their best to help us with this and I can't fault them for this.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow, it did not significantly affect my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to many shops and transportation options. This was my first visit to Armenia, and I was truly impressed by the excellent service and warm hospitality at the hotel. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent property! Very clean and convenient. Location is nice, just 10 minutes from the center of the city. The pool is very nice. Also hotel staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotellet var i rigtig dårlig stand. Det var svært at afgøre om det ikke var bygget færdigt eller virkeligt trængte til en renovering. Sengen på værelset var meget hård, hvilket gjorde jeg fik ondt i ryggen. Man skulle aflevere nøglen når man gik ud, men de efterlod receptionen ubemandet så flere gange var jeg nødt til selv at tage min nøgle, hvilket betød nøgle ofte lå ubeskyttet. Det er desværre ikke et sted jeg kan anbefale.

Great view, Good location, friendly welcome, refreshing pool, beds were very uncomfortable and the dogs barking at night was a nuisance. Gap in the curtains made it unbareable to sleep during the morning. Internet connection was very poor, constant dropping of signal made it difficult to work from the hotel.

The staff members were really friendly and helpful, specially Ms Armine and Mr Erjo. The hotel was cozy and clean and the room had nice view. The neighbourhood was really nice and beautiful i liked it.

I liked the room stile, bed comfort, lights, high pressure shower water, balcony. I didn't like when they asked me for a payment at check in when I already made the payment online, shower bad odor from the drain, no parking.

The hotel was very clean and the service was great. The only problem we had was that we were not aware there was too many stairs to navigate up and down. The view from the breakfast area was amazing and the breakfast was very good, and the lady who prepared and served was very friendly and helpful.
