Wonderful, hospitable warm hotel. Armen the owner was very attentive to guests and Lusia is the soul of the place. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended and great value.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you are visiting Yerevan
We booked for one night but stayed for 2
It’s a short walk into the centre of the city. Or you can catch the Metro. Nearest stop is a couple of hundred metres away
Family are very warm and friendly
Breakfast was really tasty
Supermarket next door
Everything was great

A lovely place to stay - large bedroom-good breakfast-20 minute walk to the cascade. Best of all was the landlady who did everything possible to make my stay amazing from serving me a late breakfast on my first day to flagging down a taxi on my last day when I was rushing to the bus station, she was truly amazing and made my stay perfect 10/10
