Хороший Отель в центре города. 200-300 метров площади Республики, Вергисаж - а это место стоит посетит! - 5 минут.
Номер достаточно просторный, есть вся электроника- телевизор и русские каналы, чайник, фен, холодильник, сейф. В ванной меняют средства, чайные приборы и чай, кофе - постоянно, вода в бутылках. Кровати с жёсткими матрасами.
Завтрак отличный - все, что полагается ххна шведском. столе. Особенно хорош творог, мацони, сыр, ветчина. Вкусный кофе, соки. Есть фрукты. Для более основательных гостей - картофель, пюре, жареный, гречневая каша, сосиски, мюсли. Очень вкусное молоко, свежий хлеб.
В лобби есть напитки, кальян.
По нашей просьбе разрешилиизадержаться на два часа - большое спасибо!
Рекомедую этот Отель с доброжелательным и очень милым персоналом. Порекомендую друзьям.

The hotel is quite close to the center of Yerevan, but not so close as to be noisy. Yerevan isn't a noisy city and gets quiet quickly at night. The front desk staff is very helpful. Breakfast is downstairs and should set you up for the morning. Great worker that keeps the coffee/tea water topped up.
We stayed on the second and third floors. In our opinion the third floor rooms were better. Your experience may differ. I'd have no problem staying again.

Very friendly staff.
I made a mistake with the safe and the receptionist saved me! Can’t thank her enough as I had a flight in few hours and it was 2 am!!!
There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead.
There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean.
I gave full star as it was really cheap and I only stayed therefor 2 hours as I had to go to the airport at 3 am.
For longer stay I think it wasn’t clean.

The hotel is nice, prices are good. I took the very large family suite, close to 100m2. Everything went fine. The hotel is clean but the beds are not the most comfortable ones. The breakfast is very small in choices but is ok. Just the fruits that are presented were often in bad shape and sometimes non eatable. The front office is very fluent in English and very helpful. That's a good plus.
Overall i recommend, it's also very were located

Удобное расположение рядом с центром. До площади РЕспублики 5-7 минут ходу. Хорошее обслуживание, внимательный персонал. Довольно чисто. И все было бы идеально, если бы не жесткие матрасы на кровати

It was a great hotel. Very near to everything.
However, the check in time took a long time.
We waited for so long as the receptionist need to do a lot of calls in order to confirm the reservation,
We felt as if we are not welcome since they were not ready upon our arrival.
We have booked for 3 rooms and we arrived @ 5pm. Check in time is 2pm.; it means for that long. They were not able to prepare our stay.
I was excited to be in that hotel but just disappointed by the time during check in.
Aside from the waiting time... everything was great. Breakfast was good. Room was affordable and hotel location is near to republic square. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The place is not noisy at night. It was fine.

窓は有るものの、見えるのは物置のような景色、4泊するので、部屋を替えて欲しい旨、申し込むが、要求は通らず。部屋はｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄ2台ではあるが、ﾀｵﾙ類は1人分のみ、ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞﾒｰｷﾝｸﾞも一台のみ。しかも、上掛はｼｰﾂ一枚。ﾛｯｶｰの中に、薄いふとんがあったので、自分でﾍﾞｯﾄﾞﾒｰｷﾝｸﾞして寝た。ﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰの予備もなく、最後には、持参の紙を使う事に。”深めの浴槽あり”となっていたので、大いに期待して予約したが、なんと浴槽はあるものの、栓がなし。食事も普通で、これで☆☆☆☆といえるのだろうか？

Das Bad sieht neu renoviert aus. Es ist groß. Die Dusche ist mit 2 Stufen und einer Glastür vom Bad abgetrennt.
Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern hatte einige Gebrauchsspuren. Auch der Esstisch hatte einen tiefen Kratzer. Die Betten waren alle breit, so dass jeweils zwei Personen darin schlafen könnten.

The hotel is a little run down but not that bad. The bed is very hard. My main problem was with the breakfast buffet. The hot items were cold. With all the great fruit in the country their fruit was old and dried out.

Trevlig personal som talade god engelska och centralt läge. Rummet var av lägre standard än det vi bokade, ej nyrenoverat och ganska mörkt. Det var färscht i badrummet och rummet var rent. Frukosten var inte så stor och av varierande kvalitet. Området kan sent på kvällen upplevas som ganska mörkt och otryggt. Man tar sig snabbt till fots till sevärdheterna från hotellet.
