Excellent stay! Very simple, clean rooms. Ice cold AC, warm showers, comfortable bed

Everything was great

noisy, too many kids, pool always busy, microwave too high and out of reach, plastic kitchen chairs do not cut it?

We had a wonderful stay at Pauline’s apartment! From the moment we arrived, Pauline was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful—her hospitality really stood out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything we needed. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable, which was a big plus, and the air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool throughout our stay. Traveling with our 1-year-old daughter was made so much easier thanks to Pauline’s thoughtful accommodations. She provided both a high chair and a pack 'n play, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free. We truly appreciated all the small touches and extra care. Highly recommend this place for anyone—especially families with little ones!

Synd att värdarna inte kom och hälsade på och kollade läget. Otryggt i området pga lösspringande arga hundar, fick tillkalla polis som kom och hjälpte mig.

Le falta mantenimiento, presenta algunas fallas, pero se destaca la disposición para ofrecer soluciones. Entiendo que lo van a renovar, lo que es bueno. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una corta estadía.

There were snakes around the property and in the pool area. We found a cockroach in the bed. Also, a lot of dogs on the streets around, it is not safe, especially during evening and night time when it is really dark, not a lot of street lights.The communication with the hotel was not very good and they were not co-operative. People should know that it is not safe to walk around.

The Pauline apartments is family business and I love supporting family small businesses. All was great, easy check in and out. The location is great but there are few details to keep in mind. Is super dark during the night and there is some aggressive loose dogs out chasing people but they got very close barking when we were walking and it was scary . We had to spend extra money for taxis each time we go out. That was inconvenience. The service was great, the people who work there seem nice but we did find a huge cockroach in the blanket. And there were tiny ants in the kitchen. Also there was a snake on the road to the center where all the shops, nightlife is. Didn’t mind the walking about 15 min but car is needed to be safe from dogs and snakes in case. The maintenance came to work on little bugs and there were few only left afterwards Very responsive service but nothing they can do about the dogs out there .

Adoramos o local, estávamos de carro, então achamos a localização muito boa. Fica bem perto de Palm beach e Eagle beach. Achei a comunicação pelo WhatsApp com a proprietária meio grosseira, poderia ser mais gentil. O apartamento tem bons utensílios de cozinha, ferro, geladeira e microondas. Não chegamos a usar a piscina e a churrasqueira mas o local é bem agradável.

It has charged management and it is so good getting upgrades also very friendlily staff, let me tell you funny parts, you don’t need wake up alarm since the rooster at next door neighbor will wake you very early morning .

Very good area, but car is needed. Everything is close by car, but to walk it is not.

The unit waa comfortable, spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable too. I had a very pleasant stay in Aruba, and grateful this unit was available. The host was excellent, easy to communicate and indeed provided very good advise on touring the area. Thank you for an amazing stay.

I loved that Pauline's apartments were off the main drag, yet close enough to walk everywhere: Palm Beach, grocery stores, casinos, restaurants. I felt safe and welcomed by staff. Met so many great people from all over the world!

Muito bom, tudo muito limpo, bem organizado, aconchegante, os outros hóspedes que estavam hospedados, muito simpáticos, o dono nos explicou tudo que tínhamos que saber, enfim, nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, super bem localizado, perto dos resorts e da praia

Wonderful stay at Pauline’s Apartments! The studio was cleaned every day, which was an excellent extra and greatly added to our comfort. Beach chairs were provided. Every unit has its own outdoor sitting area, along with a shared community space featuring hammocks and a large table for everyone to use. Stephan is an awesome host and his cleaning team is equally fantastic.

Will definitely stay here again.

Paulines apartments were just what we needed. Very quiet and secure area. The pool and lounge area was very nice. The host was great and helped us with any questions. We had an amazing time!!

Pictures can be deceiving. Bldgs are very old. Some days the pool was clean. Both days i went to swim the pool was either so cloudy that i would not go in or leaves and dirt were on the bottom and throughout the water. Furnishing was minimal/old.

Our 4th stay at Pauline’s apartments and it feels like home every time.
