The best hotel ! 2nd time staying and will def be back

Great location, beautiful property and wonderful staff.

I liked the cleanliness of the place people were friendly I really disliked the birds in cages that’s not right

We’ve stayed at several properties in Aruba, the Hyatt regency has been the best so far. Centrally located, many wonderful restaurants nearby, plenty of rental beachfront spaces. Very nice staff, a little pricy on the drinks and some wait staff are slow, but others make up for it. We will be back.

Pool and beach chairs have to be reserved days ahead. Was not able to use the pool for this reason besides one day. There's no service staff walking around taking food or drink orders in the pool area. Had better luck at the beach getting chairs and an umbrella and the enjoyed the beach no waves.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba. The hotel was clean, the staff was excellent and the location was great. The only feedback I have is that the process to secure chairs by the pool/beach felt a bit excessive.

All the employees were friendly and helpful.

Wow, what an amazing destination and property. We looked through numerous property options but kept finding ourselves considering the Hyatt. And there is zero regret. In fact, if we come back, I’m not sure I’d consider anywhere else. Clean, spacious, great pools, amazing beach, wonderful service. Special shout out to Miro, Mario, Juan Carlos, and Diana at the pool bar. Fantastic people with great service. Loved this place so much.

The hotel is amazing looking, probably one of the nicest looking in the area. The staff was average at best, the front desk woman was very friendly. The female staff we ran into seemed to have an attitude and wasn’t nearly as nice as the men employees. The pool situation was poor, try to reserve pool chairs 3 times online and the seats were not reserve even after many emails. The bar service was average around the pool. The outside upper bar was very good and service was excellent at night. We didn’t eat in the hotel, which was a first for us. Our room was nice and was very clean. I still would consider staying at the hotel again, and the location was excellent to restaurants and night life.

Property was well Maintained, not overcrowded. Pools and beach safe and very clean. All staff friendly and bilingual.
