Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful.

It's a great location for events at the MCG and nearby area. The staff were friendly and efficient. The facilities were much better than any at this price. (Obviously prices change all the time based on demand so YMMV.) It's right across the road from the rail station and a 10 min (approx) trip into the CBD.

Room was very clean. View was amazing. Traffic noise was minimal. Staff were great. Room servicing on request. No noises from adjoining rooms or passageway.

Our corner 1bed apartment on level 5 was very spacious, overlooking Ammi Stadium and parkland training grounds was lovely. Location was great easy walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, shops and supermarket. Very close to trams and trains, so easy to get around and explore Melbourne. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the apartment was clean, plenty of quality toiletries were provided. We felt the apartment definitely could benefit from having 2 bedside tables and lamps instead of only 1, more than 2 cups and glasses would also be good. Overall we had a lovely 9 night stay, we have no problem in recommending these apartments and will happily stay there again.

Locating the car entry was a little difficult, even with the directions provided for Google Maps. Next time, I’ll probably use public transport since it’s only a short walk from Richmond Station. The location is excellent for attending sporting events and accessing the CBD. I’ll definitely stay here again. Although it’s on a busy road, the apartment itself was very quiet inside and made for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is fantastic - excellent, clean, comfortable and in a central location. It's even close enough to the centre of the city to walk to everything. The staff were friendly and great at communicating. The hotel is filled with an array of incredible artwork - it could be a gallery! I would love to have known more about the artwork and whether they are for sale etc. My ONLY gripe is the noise from the busy road at the front. The rear rooms may be quieter. However, this is not a big enough deal to prevent me from booking again. Definitely recommend!

Easy checkin. Comfortable and clean apartment. Parking onsite and walking distances to transport and delicious restaurants. Would stay again.

What a great place to stay. Especially if you are going to the footy in the MCG area. Rooms were wonderful. Would suit a longer stay. Only downside is no real shopping options and limited food/cafes in area. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Handy to transport options. Highly recommended.
