Excellent property , everything was all walking distance, we had a great stay.

A beautifully renovated property on absolute beachfront with amazing views. Convenient but quiet location with helpful managers.

We had a lovely first Apartment but will not rate booking on Expedia very highly. We booked 5 nights based on pics we saw but the online booking only booked that room for 3 nights and then a different room for 2 nights. This was disappointing after being told it was not a downgrade as it still had a view by management at the time but when we moved it was not nearly as nice and we didn’t like the layout. However the first apartment was amazing, the location of this place is excellent as off the main road. Didn’t enter the pool but it looked good. Managers are friendly and instructions for late check in etc were helpful. The downstairs car park is very tight for larger vehicle but fantastic having this available. We would stay again but would book direct next time.

Fantastic beach front location with walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes.

This property is very close to all the hustle and bustle Mooloolaba has to offer yet it is quiet and peaceful. We loved staying here and will be coming back soon.

Spacious apartment with really lovely views, walking distance to town and minutes to the beach. Suited us perfectly!

The Spit is a short walk through the gate at the back of the property, along a safe track to the beach. The view off the balcony was amazing. I loved listening to the waves crashing onto the beach, the birds in the trees, and seeing the sunrises and sunsets.

Great spot and tidy and clean

The staff were amazing ! They are so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The large deck over looking the pool was lovely to sit and enjoy a beer. Quiet spot. Walking distance to the Wharf. Tons of shops and restaurants along with the aquarium. 10/10 would recommend staying at this place.

The two bedroom apartment was so spacious and plenty of room for 3 cots and two adults. The service we were given was above and beyond. So friendly and helpful. It is also perfectly located, close to everything.

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Reception were super informative and friendly. The facilities in the apartment were fantastic. All very clean and provided everything from laundry liquid, kids bowls, cooking utensils to cleaning utensils. The location is perfect with the wharf promenade and beach just a 1min walk. Not close to any major supermarkets but there were enough convenient stores around. Only down side for us in the apartment was the bedrooms didn’t have aircon. We have 2 kids under 4 so it was a bit annoying in the heated nights but nothing major or off putting. Shall definitely come back at stay if we come back to Mooloolaba.

Property owners/managers were amazing!! So helpful and made the stay fantastic. Rooms were clean and full stocked. Amazing stay overall!!

The management team were the most friendly people that you could meet. We had an excellent holiday!

Excellent service great for families

Hosts Lauren and Sidney made us feel very welcome. The apartment was comfortable and had a great outlook over the sea. The boardwalk, which was out the back gate, could take you to the beach, Point Cartwright or Mooloolaba shops and cafes/restaurants. The Wharf and Sealife Aquarium were just over the road. Everything was in easy walking distance.

Great location & friendly staff. We would definitely stay again.
