靠近市中心，附近多食店及超市，交通方便，可以煑食。整體清潔企理，環境清靜，有泊車位，唯一上網WiFi較差，只得4至5M速度，大致值得八十五分。

The owner was very nice and helpful, the hotel location is convenient for self-driving to the city and major destinations.

We stayed for 2 nights. The house is very beautiful and tidy. We had a good sleep as the bed is comfortable as my own home. Thank Karen who is the reception for the delicious muffins.

Suited our purpose for safe, quality, comfortable accommodation for a couple with transport access splendidly.

The shower had a bad leak with dripping noise but not enough to prevent me from sleeping. Other than that the accommodation was good.

Price, enjoyment of sitting on back verandah in afternoon. very peaceful and relaxing.

Room was clean, basic breakfast served, aircon was cold, hot water limited, plenty of coffee packets. But the biggest worry is that it is an old house with no fire alarms in room and there are a majority of electrical items. Does have parking at rear of house, but must be small car, I drove a single cab hilux in, tight driving out.

This B&B was a very clean and comfortable stay. We stayed for one night. The only thing that could use improvement is the "continental breakfast." The offerings are quite light in comparison to what a "continental breakfast" means in the U.S. There was also no butter to go with the vegemite; and you can't access the milk/juice/bread in the kitchen until 7AM. Make sure to bring your own hair conditioner, as only shampoo, soap, and body wash were provided.

The room was well appointed with all amenities required for a night's stay. They need was comfy and warm. My only issue was trying to reach the TV.

Really enjoyed my stay, would book again Tastefully decorated room which was huge and ensuite clean, easy access yo verandah. Bed was comfortable and excellent breakfast

Underwhelming

Cozy accommodations. Great location.

Comfortable enough stay - bit noisy with people talking in the hall. Bath mat would be good and curtain to block the light coming in the glass door all night would be wonderful. Greeting on arrival was lovely. Entryway and back yard could be tidied up to add appeal.

Perfect, clean, free parking, well-put-together. Property caretaker was welcoming and kind. Place was great.
