One of my favourite hotels
Staff are very friendly and the rooms are really nice. The added bonus of having meat and wine co right next door and for room service is unmatched.
I do wish they had softer needs, I am bigger guy and like a soft mattress. I have found the mattresses are a little hard but not enough to turn me away

Dirty greasy fingerprints on cupboard and fridge doors. Felt grimy as a result. No milk for tea/coffee. Room dark, dingy and noisy in evening/night due to noise from cars revving. Not room booked. View of office block. Really disappointing stay

Rate 2 because it was expensive and I was given a disability room. I couldn’t find an ironing board or iron.
I was told it’s hard to find
It was cold and dreary like a hospital dorm. The bedroom tv didn’t work and the tiles were cold to walk on. Overall an expensive hospital troom and I felt sick after staying there. Never again
