我入住兩個禮拜，從入住第一天，我就發現房內的洗碗機沒辦法關掉，一直發出機器的聲音，請櫃檯幫忙處理，但完全沒有處理。每天房內打掃也很不乾淨，廁所有異味，吸收台從我入住地衣天就有霉菌，兩個禮拜內沒有一天刷掉。也從來沒有打掃過房間的地板，非常明顯的灰塵和髒污。不符合他的品牌價值與形象，非常失望！

方便且時髦的飯店， 服務非常好， 但是清潔度需要提升， 到處可以看見很多棉絮， 洗澡時水會流到外面， 房間洗衣機有非常大噪音， 烘衣機也有問題， 反應之後換了房間。 員工非常有禮貌且服務快速。

地點很好，房間環境也很舒適。客房服務溝通感覺有些問題，一次前一晚說不需換房間，隔天中午突然說要換，導致我留下來打包下午行程必須先取消。再隔一天確認要換房間，打包完才說不需要換，來來回回影響心情、浪費時間，影響到排好的行程。不推薦給商務或是行程比較滿的人。

Perfect for our 2-night stay in Sydney. Great room equipped with a fridge, kettle, microwave etc. that meant we had everything we needed for our stay. Easily walkable to the harbour and city. Friendly staff.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Everything about it was superb. Only downfall was massive construction all around hotel. It didn’t bother me with white noise but I could see how disruptive that could be to some. Otherwise, exceptional!

The location was amazing but also led to the downside of my stay. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often. I thought I’d use the pool but didn’t (is is next to and visible from reception). My fav pick for Sydney CBD accommodation remains Little National.

Hotel itself was very clean,nice, and updated. Washer and dryer, mini kitchen a plus. Great location. Helpful staff.Beware of early noise from construction and light rail. Also it’s a party area and people on the street could be heard into the wee hours even on the eighth floor. Lobby is dark and dungeon-like with subdued lighting throughout but more soothing than creepy (:

Be aware of staying on upper floors. We paid for an upgrade for higher floor, unaware there was a function on that resulted in loud music until after 12:30 pm. Hotel management indifferent to the complaint.

Das Zimmer wahr sehr geräumig und sauber. Schlafraum abgetrennt vom Übrigen. Küchenzeile mit allem was man braucht, inkl. Spülmaschine als Schublade...noch nie gesehen. Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenso mit dabei. Leider direkt an der U-Bahn Baustelle gelegen und daher etwas lauter. Der Balkon ist eigentlich nicht zu nutzen, da die Abluftanlagen veschiedener Restaurants direkt dort hin blasen. Der Fettgeruch ist äusserst unangenehm und im Anschluß kann man duschen und Wäsche waschen. Schade.
