我入住兩個禮拜，從入住第一天，我就發現房內的洗碗機沒辦法關掉，一直發出機器的聲音，請櫃檯幫忙處理，但完全沒有處理。每天房內打掃也很不乾淨，廁所有異味，吸收台從我入住地衣天就有霉菌，兩個禮拜內沒有一天刷掉。也從來沒有打掃過房間的地板，非常明顯的灰塵和髒污。不符合他的品牌價值與形象，非常失望！

方便且時髦的飯店， 服務非常好， 但是清潔度需要提升， 到處可以看見很多棉絮， 洗澡時水會流到外面， 房間洗衣機有非常大噪音， 烘衣機也有問題， 反應之後換了房間。 員工非常有禮貌且服務快速。

地點很好，房間環境也很舒適。客房服務溝通感覺有些問題，一次前一晚說不需換房間，隔天中午突然說要換，導致我留下來打包下午行程必須先取消。再隔一天確認要換房間，打包完才說不需要換，來來回回影響心情、浪費時間，影響到排好的行程。不推薦給商務或是行程比較滿的人。

I like to stay at A by Adina whenever in Sydney - walking distance to most things, nice rooms and apartment style amenities. My last stay the washing machine didnt work and i needed to wash a shirt for meetings the next day. It was 11pm. The staff couldnt fix the machine then and there but offered to wash my shirt and have it delivered back by morning which they did. The dishwasher was also making an annoying beeping sound but staff solved that one as well. The only milding annoying feature of the room is its insistence on opening all the curtains automatically on entry into the room which you might not want when directly across from an office tower. The restaraunt at the top Dean and Nancy? makes nice steak and mixed leaf salad. Will stay there again in a few weeks. I go for the 1 bedroom units rather than studios.

Property was central to using pubic transportation, conveniently close to cruise terminal using public transportation. Allowed early check in for small fee. After 15 hour plane ride and dealing with time change it was a godsend.
