Very clean and tidy. Friendly staffs and services. Good for a driving trip but there aren't shops around

Very comfortable, clean room and comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great guest laundry. Local bakery amazing. Our dog slept all night.

Fabulous. Very clean spacious room, with great amenties. Having the shared kitchen with all the necessary cooking aappliances & utensils was great. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful new hotel! Great decor in a snow fields style, comfy bed, free parking and very quiet. Plus plenty of great food options nearby, and only 10 mins off the main freeway between Melbourne and Sydney

Lovely clean room - nice staff nice spot

Easy to park , easy to access . Clean property and rooms.

Good location. Only problem is room 37 and 38 have a long high window with a roller blind that faces the highway. Of a night the street lights shine into the room making it very bright. Needs a blackout curtain. Other rooms do not have this problem. Rooms are neat and clean, easy walk to pub for a great meal. Handy to local wineries.

It was a really good stay, thanks for asking. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the whole place had a relaxed feel. Parking was easy and the location suited my trip. No complaints from my end.

Dispite booking over a month in advance and comfirming the booking the morning before check in. They gave us 1 bed for 4 people and refused to do anything about it as we had booked via wotif

the room was spotless, as was linen and the young gentlemen at the reception desk was very polite and helpful

wonderful place for an overnight stay along the Hume! super friendly staff and easy check in after hours :)

Lovely hotel

Very clean and affordable

The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for an extra pillow and it was delivered to our room in a timely manner. Our room was clean. The television channel selection was lacking. The hotel was quiet, we slept well. The bed was comfortable. Few places in the area to eat but we ordered and picked up a pizza nearby. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. We did keep stumping our toes due to the difference in heights from the main floor to the bathroom. I belive a transitioning strip would curb that painful problem. We would stay again.
